Title: Beware – Unethical Hiring Practices at Beaconhouse School Clifton
I want to warn job seekers about my experience with Beaconhouse School Clifton. They advertise various vacancies (such as accounts, admin, etc.) and call candidates for multiple rounds of interviews. Once selected, you start the job and work for about a week. Then, without proper evaluation, they abruptly tell you not to return, claiming “you failed to perform.”
This process is repeated with the next candidate, effectively using people for free short-term labor while avoiding paying a proper salary for a permanent employee.
Another red flag: the Google Reviews for the Clifton branch are turned off, which seems like an intentional move to hide negative feedback.
In my opinion, this is an exploitative and unethical hiring practice. Please be cautious before applying here.
