FGB Beads are a cheap scam.

My package arrived today and I had high hopes of finally finding the perfect green and purple solid opaque glass beads that Beadazzle is so proud of. The "FGB" (Fancy Glass Beads) that are made in China that "are comparable to Japanese and Czech Seed Beads but at half the price. Specially made for Beadazzle by FGB" Are advertised as solid glass. They are in fact painted beads and the coating rubs off easily when doing slip stitch bead crochet, and square stitch. They often use photos from genuine brands to promote these cheaper, low quality beads. They're cheap beads. you get exactly what you pay for. This company could improve by allowing customers to write reviews for their products, offering refunds, and not stealing photos from genuine brands to promote their own inferior products.

It is incredibly disappointing that I can no longer recommend this Canadian website. I will change this review if Beadazzle.ca refunds the portion of my order that was falsely advertized, AND changes the product photos AND descriptions of their "FGB" beads thus making themselves trustworthy again. Until then, the review stands.
