Easy to set up and seems like a good deal but I have chased my policy documents 3 times (phone and email) and received nothing.
For a paid service this is the minimum requirement for our agreement and I would appreciate being covered by a company who has strong communication. It doesn’t fill me with confidence and makes me nervous about the cover I am paying for.

Taking out my insurance policy was easy although the questions were too many. The conversation between me and the agent lasted upto 1 hour or more but I would recommend Beagle street for friends and families because it's worth it.

Took out a life insurance.
When doing so I didn't mention my adhd as it doesn't come up as an option and I don't see it as a "condition" anyway, like cancer or or a learning disability is, and didn't think about it.
Upon realising I should have declared it, I have emailed twice and tried calling and got nowhere trying to cancel the policy.
No replies to emails or phone calls returned.
They have just taken payment despite me trying to cancel.
The mistake was mine of course, but not being able to fix it despite trying a few different avenues, is not my fault and has been ridiculous.
Maybe from my review someone will contact me?

Good informative conversation with agent Abdul who explained everything to me and answered any questions I had. He got me a quote which I accepted and everything was confirmed and set up whilst I was on the phone and all documents emailed straight to me as well as copies in the post which I asked for. He made it all very easy from start to finish

Based on the very high ratings of Beagle Street here on TrustPilot, I trusted this company, and took out a joint Life Insurance policy covering me and my wife.
I have, so far, never died and luckily neither did my wife, therefore I cannot give any feedback on the claims/payback however I have an ongoing name change request to fix a typo which was requested 25 days ago.
They have not been able to complete a simple change in 25 days.
I called them 3 times and sent 4 emails times.
Over the phone, their Help Desk agents asked me to send an ID via email, but still no joy.
When I call them they keep blaming the notorious recent CrowdStrike / IT issue for the delay but come on, if you are keeping your records in stone tablets you should still be able to update it in 25 days. My dentist, GP etc. all were impacted by it but for 1 or 2 days.
CrowdStrike cannot be the source of all your problems for the rest of your life.
I am now considering leaving them as they do not seem to be trustworthy to fix a typo in a month.

Rang to set up a policy today, hold times were minimal and all staff were helpful and efficient. Spoke to Sami who was very friendly and set up my policy with ease.
