We have great confidence in Beal’s services and continue to receive regular updates and valuable guidance. The reports and planning documents are excellent, especially when our adviser Mike Smith has explained them!

Ok hopefully now I can get my pension

A really lovely team of advisors, especially Chris M, always on hand to answer questions and advise where appropriate. The yearly reviews are really helpful to ensure the pension is on the right track, but they call you mid-year if they recommend a change to any products. Really reassuring to have them assisting with and looking after my private pension.

We used Tim when moving house and he made the whole process extremely easy and clear to understand. We felt stuck using online bank tools not being able to get the houses we wanted but Tim was able to supervise our whole process and secured a higher loan on a good rate which lead us to complete on an amazing forever home for our young family.

Although there was some hiccups along the way with getting the mortgage offer on the property, this was completely out of Tims control and he was very responsive with talking to the lender to gather more information about the issue which thankfully got resolved.

Tim and Beals helped us organise everything, even down to getting us in with a great solicitor. We are truly grateful for everything and I’m now completely convinced that everyone should appoint a mortgage broker when taking on an already stressful process like moving and we will personally be recommending Tim to anyone who asks us.

My progress check meeting was with Clare Cheeseman. She was very polite and professional. She helped me out with consolidating my pensions together and answered all my questions I had in a way I could understand.
