Total scam since September 2023 we have waited for delivery not once but twice. Automated reply promises of refund kept all replies from them in the end told them we have had a bad experience and the shove there goods where the sun don't shine even asked for trading address and courier service used but nothing

Scammers. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. Same as the others. Sent a cheap nasty necklace and then stating that the order was delivered. Numerous emails stating it had been resent. Another dud delivery notification. Then yes we will refund. What a joke. Facebook needs to be accountable and do something to stop these sites

I dont even want to leave a star. They took my money-two months later told me the package was delivered. Tracking number is invalid for any of the US carriers to track. TOTAL SCAM!

This is a scam. I ordered and everything went through for them to get paid but I never received my package. Have no way to get in touch with them. It is a crying same that people can't find some thing good to do in the world.

Absolutely the same like the others - payment done, no package received!
First told me that package had been delivered - but don't tell me which is the forwarding agent even. Then told me that will send second time - nothing received and they stopped answer my emails.
Please, advice how should we take our money back!

Absolutely the same! Pretend to be Shane! Extremely unfair, I have filed an unfair online sale report. I got nothing, terrible job! Very unpleasant experience.

Wow guys. Exact same thing. Thought it was shein. Took a months says package deliver. Yet here I am. How do I report them as fraud and get my money back. Kept negotiating. 60 percent refund. Then 70. Then 80. What a joke. I need to be smArter I guess.

Ordered 29 August thinking it was a Shein sale, tracked and says delivered 2 October but nothing received? Paid for insurance, what a joke. Have asked for refund but not feeling too hopeful? Must be something more we can do?

I didn’t even want to leave 1 star, this company is a disgrace and should be made to make things right but I guess we’ll just chalk it up as a loss, and learn from it!! 😡

SCAM ALLERT!!! Would have give horribly rating if it would allow. Ordered Sept 1, 2023. Still no order. Took my payment... site says it doesn't exist. Tracking doesn't exist. Very unhappy. What a SCAM!

Total scam. Posing as shein says package was delivered, don't know to who but it wasn't me. Can't find a contact number to request a refund. But notified my credit card company 🤬

Ordered products but not received....how can you sleep at night knowing you have scammed hard working honest people out of their money

Just like everybody else I too didn’t receive my order when they claim it has been delivered. 100% scamming company! They’re refusing to refund me even though I’ve payed insurance!

This company can improve its services by not frauding hard working people.
What I ordered is definitely not the crap I received. You can make it a minus 50 rating. Do not ever trust this site. Can’t even google the site anymore how convenient is that.
