Visited their coffee shop in Peterborough. What a treat! Relaxing atmosfear and decor with a charming and comfortable outdoor seating area. Great service and the coffee was amazing and reasonably priced. Will definitely be a returning customer.

I would put 0 stars if I could. Happy to take my money immediately but no product has arrived and no communication with me whatsoever. I have asked for a refund and still not got that. Shocking service

Fantastic customer service . I usually order espresso but made a mistake of ordering beans by mistake. Was.messaged asking if it was beans that I wanted as I usually order espresso. They changed my order and I received it within 48 hours. Thank you

I ordered two boxes of CHEMEX Filter Papers (100) and only one arrived.

It might seem strange to leave a 5 star reivew for a product that was received weeks and weeks after it was ordered but there were supply issues beyond their control. However, the thing that was in their control was the contact and updates along the way trying to keep us up to date with what was happening.

Pre-ordered chemex filters and they kept me updated on status (it was a long wait, those filters were out of stock everywhere!) responded promptly to queries and even resolved a problem I had during delivery. I totally recommend these guys!

The range of different coffee you have to choose from with this company is brilliant ,which each flavour leaving a noticeable difference in taste and texture. I ordered the London blend , blue mountain blend and the Yorkshire blend. Each of these organic coffee blends has their own roast level and taste and because it’s organic it leaves a nice clean caffeine buzz without the usual withdrawal experienced with non organic coffee. Over all I’m very pleased with the service I received and the product I bought. I’m already recommending my friends!
