Horrible
I made a book for my nephew and tested it out for a free trial. I did not know when it was delivered since it was a gift sent directly to their house. I didn’t know how to cancel and there is no phone number to contact. So as soon as I figured out how, I cancelled it and I was still charged and I tried to email them but did n it receive any response and also followed up. They will not give me a refund even tho I canceled it right after I was charged the subscription and the amount was still processing from my bank. Now they say the can’t cancel or refund it to me because they go into production right away but I cancelled it while the payment was still processing in my account! That is so unfair, especially when they can’t be contacted via phone and are really bad at responding to emails. Very disappointed I got charged..

Poor cancellation policy
I tried to order using a code to get the book for 99p however I didn't realise I had used this offer before so the price changed after checkout and I was charged £14.99. I emailed immediately to cancel the order knowing that the book takes at least 14 days to print however was told I could not cancel. It has now been over 3 weeks and I am yet to receive my order so don't understand why they couldn't cancel it in the first place!

Expensive subscription fee
I found the subscription very pricy and couldn’t afford to continue on a monthly basis. The book however, was very good and provided a great experience for my daughter.
