Not great value
It's a very flimsy small book for £20 a month. The front cover had been bent in a 5 minutes so I think the book will get scruffy very quickly.
The story was ok but nothing special, I can't see how just having a computer programme to enter a child's name justifies £20 a month. I cancelled my subscription as soon as I received the book.

Not as great as I hoped
The book wasn’t as great quality for the price it was sold for. I feel it was very over priced the paper is flimsy and easily ripped. The cards and stickers are also really over priced. I think I will look else where in future for personalised books.

My little boy has autism and struggles…
My little boy has autism and struggles to stay engaged when it come to language and he has some difficulties with it but with his name telling the story he loved it he thought it was great he was so engaged in the story and believed it was actually him as a parent I loved it too seeing his face light up his little mind worked over to add to the story and he did just that we sat for ages adding to the story and laughing and on the back it shows the next book he is so looking forward to it already

Found out about beans and sparks via free stuff.co.uk, clicked on link for free book and only pay postage, once complete I found out they automatically set up payment for a monthly fee to receive books every month quickly cancelled subscription as this is not what I signed up for.
As for the product great book and poster etc

Great product, but damaged in the post
Great idea and a great product, my little boy enjoyed the book very much. Unfortunately the book was folded in the post and therefore the cover was damaged.
