I cancelled my order by mail. They never replied, but instead they still sent the product. And agin, after sending mails, no reply. I want te sent the order back, free of charge.

Allways good service
I havw been ordering records for my dad from bear family records to me here in sweden for a few years now and they have shiped my orders quick and if I have had questions they have allways been amazing over the phone. Anytime something has been wrong it has been by swedish post postnord that delivers the packet and I do not blame bear family records for that.
