Ordered a beardmate, it arrived in a damaged box after almost 2 weeks, possibly opened and returned from a previous customer. I emailed them about the issue and they replied stating we do not do free returns and if the item has been used you will not get a refund. I've not used it. I replied back to them stating I've not used it and I want a free returns label and a full refund. 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for a response. I have emailed them again today.

Scam Company. Please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This company took forever to send out the straightener never received it absolutely rubbish communication ignored my request for refund would not track the product do not give them your money

Absolutely rubbish company and product alike. UK based yet it took 3 weeks to arrive. When it did it was a little brush when even on the highest setting it did no more then some oil and a regular brush. Before I used it on myself I wanted to give it as a gift, which was obviously impossible due to the long delivery. However when I tried to return it they said they could only offer a 20 percent refund. Don't buy anything from this scam of a 'company'

Doesn’t straighten beard - barely works. I’ve requested a refund but haven’t had anything back. No uk contact number available

Complete waste of money. Please avoid.

The product is nothing like the videos and pictures on their social media (Insta and Facebook).

I wrote a review on their website which they removed. It’s been a week and I am still waiting to get a response to my request of refund.

I can confirm that I have received a full refund for this product and Beardmate did not even request the product to be sent back. Increasing the rating by one for the response. As for the product, I'd be more than happy for them to arrange collection, it's just not a good product.
