The shoes I ordered it said on the site to go a size up which I did im usual UK 6 so ordered UK 7 these were far too big so I got in touch and very helpful i was told not to send back but got another pair in the correct size at no extra cost and they fit like a glove very comfortable shoes. Highly recommend these shoes. I got the clouders

The shoes are great, but the after-sales service is disappointing. I never received the partial refund that was promised.

Tracking updates could be better. But great service I ordered the wrong size and the return process was excellent

I love these shoes! Not only are they even more comfortable than I expected, I feel like they give me more stability both standing and walking. After wearing them all day I have none of the foot or calf pain that I experienced wearing other shoes. Highly recommend!

Shoes are inferior quality- both shoes had holes in after 3months light use. Consulted customer service and they would only replace if I paid a further $15 since they were “out of warranty”. Don’t recall ever seeing a policy that stated this or I would not have ordered. Avoid- especially if you are based in the UK.

The sizing chart was helpful and easy, delivery was on time, and they fit better than expected. Quality looks on par with any popular shoe.

Good service. Speedy delivery and very comfortable footwear. Having bunions makes regular shoe shopping a nightmare as they never fit comfortably. Enter Barefoot shoes...

The only issue with the experience was the delivery time is a little slower than Amazon

The shoes arrived very quickly. I think they look great and are so comfortable. I practically live in them. I do a 4.5km walk every morning and have found them brilliant.

I have bunions and a hammer toe so I am testing them. I have worn expensive runners for years but increased foot and knee and hip pain. They are feeling good after 2 hours.

The shoes arrived just as promised. So comfortable, I cannot imagine how It was before.

Nice "shoes", more like foot casing. It is thin material, thinner than I expected, but fit nicely. I ordered EU size 42, whereas I normally have 43, but as advised by the site, a size smaller would be better, and it was.
Colour is not very impressive, but I consider them especially practical anyway. After my first long walk, my calf muscles ached, which is good I suppose: they really have to work now. May posture has improved as well.

The shoes are so awesome. Very comfortable and easy to wear.
The delivery to Mexico was not good. It’s took too long to arrive like more than a month.
If you have enough patience to wait for the delivery, go for it.

I recently received my third pair of Bearefoot shoes and they were not the correct size. The return/exchange process was very easy to understand and painless. I am a big fan of their products and highly recommend them to anyone who asks about the shoes I wear.

I really like the shoes and socks. They are both very comfy. These are my walking shoes from now on.
