Shoes are as advertised. Size is correct. They are comfortable and fit well around my feet. I like being able to slip them on and off without having to tie them each time. I’d rather not wear anything on my feet, but when I have too, these are the next best thing. Delivery time would be my only complaint. 3 weeks and 3 days.

As a professional slalom skateboarding and squeezing my feet into tight shoes often. It is nice to have a comfortable shoe that allows my toes some space and my feet a soft pad. Thank you.

Genuinely the worst customer service I’ve ever had the displeasure of receiving in my entire life. Ordered shoes two months ago and I still don’t have them. They lied time and time again blaming Evri delivery and saying my address was wrong. My address has been the same for 20 years. After weeks of this I attempted time and time again to request them to be sent again or refund me my full £80. They did neither - after weeks of chasing and receiving automatically generated emails I got a “Tom Olga” responding finally - however zero correct info again and zero resolution. All they had to do was re send the shoes or refund my money. After weeks of irritation I contacted my bank who are now dealing with it - but be warned, this company will scam you the same way they did me. Couldn’t recommend a company less in my life - and I thought Evri were bad. This company are beyond disgraceful. Be warned - May - July 2026 still unresolved

I can't explain how cheap and nasty these barefoot trainers are. I cannot believe the star rating of 4.2 to the extent that I believe it's fixed. The shoes are so bad, they're clearly a very poor low end construction. They don't even have inner soles in both shoes. I'm not even bothering to return them as I believe it'll be a battle. I'm now very suspect of "SHOP" Approval procedures.
I was conned into a second pair! They're both in the bin now. My wallet is £90 lighter for the experience, but if this persuades a few people to avoid purchasing these horrendous shoes then at least I've prevented daylight robbery for other people.

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever tried. They are so light as well they are the perfect shoes to use while travelling . I am going to wear them everywhere

This is a SCAM, avoid it. It's a Chinese brand of very poor quality. Takes long to arrive and even if you want to return you pay a return fee of 25 dollars (even in EU). Do not buy from here, is the same like Temu.

I was sent the wrong size shoes, and after several weeks I’ve had no response despite repeated emails to their customer support address. I’d avoid this company for their awful attitude to their customers

Love the shoes, my feet feel like they’re on clouds. Very comfortable shoes. I would definitely be getting more colours.

’ll admit I was a bit worried at first when my delivery took longer than anticipated. However, everything since then has been absolutely awesome! I needed to do a size exchange, and true to their word, the process was incredibly quick, simple, and hassle-free.

My new pair arrived so fast and they fit perfectly—I am so glad I did the exchange! These shoes are definitely the way to go. While waiting for them, I had to do my strength training in standard running shoes, and it just felt weird. Barefoot is truly the only way to go for absolute foot strength. Thank you so much!

The shoes this is my third pair i really like the style and the colour the only problem is that they wear out quite quickly on the sole at the heel, but they are a light shoe.
Also i find it a bit strange that when ordering them on the website the sizes are not mentioned as in i take a 39 and it comes printed on the shoe but i have to measure my foot when ordering?

The shoes are very comfortable, soft and don’t rub. I used to get blisters from new shoes, or sore feet, but since walking around in these shoes my feet have been great, and my calf’s well they are really good

Bought a pair of shoes, they fell apart in less than 2 months. Emailed company and they sent me a replacement which also fell apart in less than two months. Sent in proof and they refused to refund me. Tried gluing and sewing them back together but the soles just dont stay on the shoes.

I am very happy with the product, just not with the delivery time, perhaps due to being delivered to South Africa.

This is a scam. I live in a managed building and deliveries are placed into secure lockers immediately. The package wasn't delivered. Very unhelpful responses from Bearefoot to my emails. They're just generic/automatic replies. They obviously have no intention of replacing or refunding the item.

Overpriced shoes and the feel is poor quality.... I'll explain..... Purchased two pairs that arrived in a cheap plastic wrap with the advertised eco friendly packaging on the outside! Had to exchange a pair as they were too big. Good service here (but with a snag) The exchange was free and they allowed me to keep the shoes to donate or give away. Now you may wonder how they can afford to 'give away' their product like this. Well I have a pair of aqua shoes that I got in Aldi for £5 and the quality is the same if not better than the bearefoot product!!!. I suspect both brands were made in china somewhere, possibly in the same factory!!! The bearefoot product I purchased had been 'discounted' to £50 but I totally understood how they can afford to give away their unused products like this owning my Aldi alternative. The toggles on the shoes I needed exchanged were also way too long, obviously not passed quality control, they'd drag along the ground and you'd trip on them. overall it felt like I'd been scammed. To add insult to injury I was emailed several times to leave a review with them, even after I explained I would do so once I had received the replacement. Very unprofessional. Good idea for a shoe marketing wise, I'd give them 5stars for that but well overpriced for what they are. Should have requested my money back sadly. Benefit from my mistake, this company is spending a fortune on advertising for an okay product. If you enjoy being sucked in by cheap branding gimmicks on you go... Though I'd recommend Aldi instead!

Received them the day we have several guests at the house. When I opened the pkg, I had to try them on right away....I was so impressed.....walked diwnstairs to great our guests and they immediately commented....whats on your feet?..... followed by a lot of questions.....which now I have to get back to them with my review.....My review...love them!! Wore them all day...on my feet the whole time......you should be getting a couple new orders from them as well as myself!

The quality of the Bearefoot shoe exceeded my expectations. I have ordered shoes online from other companies and received 2/10 quality. Bearefoot has been 10/10. The customer service also exceeded expectations.

Really like my new shoes. I usually wear a size 9 but this size 9 is a little big, but still I am keeping them. I would only say shipping time could be a little faster. Guess we are spoiled with next day Amazon.
