More than 2 months to receive my purchase & missing 1 shoes & 2 shirts (long sleeve ), I contact them by email the first time complaining about delays , they responded apologizing about it , I responded no problem ( I was patient ) , but when i received my purchases incomplete, this is when really I got pissd off. I did email them again, this time never responded back...still waiting

ABSOLUTE CON, only two out of three items got sent and this took over a month to even dispatch. Wanted refund because got conned at payment section and they were rude and abrupt and outright refused.. TERRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT USE

Ordered a product early November as a Christmas Gift, with indicated delivery being 10 business days. After waiting a month I emailed and only received an abrupt message that told me the package has no tracking but was on its way. Again, after several more weeks I reached out to the company. They again claimed the package was on its way and they couldn't refund me. Now, 2.5 months later they still claim they can't refund me until there is tracking information and the package is not picked up at the post office. Absolutely the worst company! No one should order from them and I would encourage people to submit complaints to the Better Business Bureau.

I ordered 2 shorts and all got delivered within 10 days ... All good, cannot fault it ... Despite all the bad reviews

Caution!! Fraudulent company !!! They charge you and do not deliver the product. If they deliver is defective it is with poor quality material. They erase the comments of everyone who has problems with delivery or product !!! I am several days requesting the return of my money and they will not return me. I have already found several comments from people who paid and did not receive the products. CAUTION!!! Let's spread this fraudulent company. I'm with a lawyer starting the work to end this company !!! Let's spread it !!!

Horrible experience. Product is made in China & looks nothing like the advertisement. Further, the product is so cheap, the instructions say not to tumble dry but to line dry. Seriously?!?! Also comes from China & takes a month to arrive. STAY AWAY!!

I ordered 3 weeks ago and have called and sent emails regarding the status of my order and never get a reply. Has anyone else had these problems?

DON'T GET FOOLED. Do not buy from this company. The Tee shirt was ok. Everything else was poor quality. They expect you to return it to CHINA..... CHINA? Really? Feel ripped off.

Only one item was sent. I ordered three. When I complained they told me I need to provide evidence that the items were missing and they will not refund me. I am furious. Disgusting. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company. Cheap poor quality and appalling service.

Cheap product material. The clothes have a really pleasing design. But they were cheaply made. The first time i opened it and tried the zipper, it broke. One of the pockets have holes and it is of different sizes.

They have very poor customer service as they are not willing to work with you in returning the product to get a full refund.

I HAVE BUY SOME ITEMS BUT SEVERALS DELIVERIES AND NOT ALL RECEIVED. I HAVE MAKE A RECLAMATION PAYPAL BUT THE ISSUE IS NOT SATISFACTION . BEAST FACTOR IS VERY EXPENSIVE AND NOT SURE

Poor quality, poor sizing (bought a medium which is my size in 90% of companies and it's far too small). Sent from America without customs fee paid so I had to pay an additional £14.50 just for the privilege of receiving the poor quality item I already paid too much money for. No customer service or refund of the customs fee. Wish I'd researched this company prior to throwing money at them. DO NOT BUY

Ordered shorts from this company over a month ago but they never arrived. They do not respond to emails or on their Facebook page, where all comments have been disabled.

Terrible company , sizing on products is all wrong and customer service is terrible as well.

Do not trust dealing with this company, they are not compliant with UK GDPR regulations and will share your data. Steer clear, too risky.

I ordered items on Oct 1, it's now Nov 3 and all I have received is 1 piece of 4 that I ordered! It all comes from China and it's crap! I have to return the one piece they sent me and the quality is terrible! Do not buy this, they are a nightmare!

Wish I had read the reviews here first.
The quality is absolute rubbish - nowhere near the descriptions and images online.
As to the sizing, it's erratic to say the least.
At the time of writing, only 50% of the order has come through as of yet - even though all 4 items are similar.
Since then, I have had a demand from Royal Mail to pay a £20 custom charge.
Absolute Rip Off!

The clothes are of good quality and style but I have learned not to order from them again as their sizes are terrible - I ordered a Small which was too small then I ordered a Medium which was smaller than Small so I threw it out - based on this logic I assume the Large is smaller than Small ... such a pity that an Online provider could get such a big issue so very wrong - their M did not align with their size guide ... I will give the company another 12 months before it is gone.

The clothes for the most part are cheaply made. The sizes are all over the place. Some size L fit well, some barely fit my 12 year old. And when ordering, sometimes the size selected changes when going to cart. Example, I selected a large and it showed up in the cart as a 5xl. And some of the clothes reek of a chemical smell. I won’t buy from this site again. I can not recommend.
