Avoid this fraudulent bike store at all costs!

I ordered a bike frame from this seller and requested a cancellation before it was shipped. I received a prompt response and was told the order was cancelled and that I would receive the refund to my original payment method within 10-15 days. 20 days go by, still no refund and my Visa bill still has this charge. A month goes by and many messages and emails have been sent, not a single response and still no refund. I eventually had to go through claims with my bank to get my money back. What a nightmare. Seeing that so many other shoppers had similar experiences I can't but help believe this store is a fraudulent service and hopefully it is shut down. Beware.

DO NOT ORDER FROM beastybike

DO NOT ORDER FROM beastybike - dot - com (not to be confused with beastybike - dot - nl, which is fine as far as I know. I placed an order Nov. 14 and have not heard anything from the company since, not a confirmation of shipment, or any response to my 8 or so emails. I'm not even sure it exists anymore. The payment service, Alma, has also been in contact with them twice a week the past two weeks and they've not heard back from them either. I'm out about €125 so far and haven't received my order, of course. It just shows as "in preparation" the same state it has been in since my order.

Don’t order on Beastybike

Don’t order anything, beastybike is a scam. They look like a professional bike parts seller on the outside but on the inside they actually are professional scammers. Horrible experience!

The site is nice and easy to navigate

The site is nice and easy to navigate, order and pay. Also easy to track your order and delivery. I'm happy that I found this website at all. The chainring I bought from them brand new was a life saver. I couldn't find this chainring anywhere in the UK, even used ones were too worn to pay for them. I was extremely lucky and happy to find this chainring on the site, brand new, perfect fit. Happy cyclist :)

Never got my product

Never got my product, customer service is terrible and of no help. Even after writing multiple emails I couldn't get a single update on my order status and no refund. Ordering here felt like a SCAM, I would not recommend it.

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company. Wanted to cancel an order as it states in the FAQ in the homepage, that you do not need a reason. They asked me for a reason and now not replying anymore. I will involve Paypal and a lawyear now. Stay away from this company, they sell goods that are not availible on the market.

Worst experience ever!

Worst experience ever!I bought a bike and some equipment from beastybike.com delivery date estimation was 8-12 days.
After 1 month as I didn't receive anything I ask them to cancel and refund.They cancelled but never refunded.By the end of 2nd month I went through paypal litigation process to receive my refund but Beastybike never replied.Without PAYPAL I would never get my money back.

Scammers.

Unless they can provide a customer with information regarding their orders at least respond to a request for a refund and cancellation.
A serious vendor doesn't sell things they don't have. I needed those parts and now I've had to source them from more serious sites. Now I just want my money back.

Inexistent customer service

I paid for in-store assembly of the bike (which costs an additional €50), but the bike was delivered to my home instead. I've been trying to contact customer service for 10 days to change the delivery, and all I’ve received are useless replies from their chatbot that answers emails.

It seems they spent all their money on online advertising instead of setting up a real customer service team.

In short: avoid at all costs.

Catastrophic experience

Catastrophic experience. They will make you wait, then wait, then wait again. And if you forget about your order they will just never send it. You have to write to them multiple times and pressure them. I never had such a disappointing experience with an online shop.

No refund despite return of goods

I cancelled my order and returned the item several weeks ago, even paying for the return shipping myself. DHL has confirmed that the package was delivered back to BeastyBike, yet I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve contacted them multiple times, providing all the order, return-label, and tracking details, but I keep getting the same generic AI-generated replies—and still no money back. Extremely disappointed with their customer service. This is the worst customer-service and online-shopping experience I’ve ever had with a European retailer.

Didn´t get money back after approved cancelation

According to the online store, the product should be in stock. Even when asked several times, the (bot?) support did not admit this.
Cancellation requested and approved (April 23, 2025)
Money has still not been transferred back (June 12, 2025)
Customer service only responds with automated emails.
Promised response within 48 hours does not materialize.
Absolute scam. Warning to all who order online here!

Bad customer support

The customer service is only with robotic/KI-Chatbot. The golden rule: if you use KI, then humans need to be in the loop, is not respected.
The robotic/KI-Chatbot / email bot was not able to handle my request "to cancel the order". I could not find a way to communicate with a person.

Never again

Ordered a bike on April 8. Estimated delivery was 8–12 days, but weeks passed with nothing but copy-paste replies and no real updates.

Only after threatening to cancel and file a chargeback did I get a proper response — and still no delivery. I had to go through American Express to get my money back.

Unprofessional, unresponsive, and completely unreliable. Avoid this company.
