I ordered five dresses two months ago.I have yet to receive them. I emailed them several times. First time they replied back saying they apologized and said they would send me compensation for the wait. That was a lie.
. I messaged them another time then got a reply from the saying since I opened a dispute claim I would not get my dresses normally. Lol I asked them what was their definition of normal. They replied back with the same message as before. Finally I asked them to give me a date when i might get my dresses or give me a refund. Checking back at my email I saw this message saying
Your message wasn't delivered to Bethbelle because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.
They took me for $100 and never received my dresses. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS. They will take your money

Terrible quality, awful synthetic products and not to size..!!!!!!!!!!!!

REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR CLOTHING Bought a dress size small and it is extremely BIG!!! It is more like a large or XL. It looks different than the picture. I highly recommend not ordering from here. The company is in China so they take forever and when I tried to return it there was NO response. Each time I contacted the company, I would be told an excuse and to be patient. THEN I went online and I did my research about THIS COMPANY And Able to get their CONTACT INFO Which is ᴱᴵᴳᴴᵀ ᶠᵒᵘʳ⁻ᶠⁱᵛᵉ fᵢᵥₑ ₜwₒ ₒₙₑ seven ₜwₒ four-five my attempt was successful I was able to get in touch with the company they were very polite and nice in helping to get the return details on my order finally I SENT BACK THIS GARBAGE DRESS clothing to the company and I also got my green dollar I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY FROM CHINA AT ALL! CHEAPLY MADE PRODUCTS

I will never order from them again. I ordered 3 tops. Only 1 fit and they would not let me return the other two, even though one had a design defect. Never never again will I give them my business!

Terrible company for me. I've spent a couple weeks trying to get a return shipping label even though they say they will gladly help with a return on their site. The return, they claim, is postage paid to Dubai. I say so? Give me the address and they won't. They're baiting me to not have enough time for a successful return of my goods.

The quality of the items is substandard, pixelated, distorted digital images, printed on synthetic materials, with mismatched seams that do not look like the picture. What you see online is photoshop and not a reflection of reality. If you care about quality avoid.

Totally ridiculous company! I waited three months for two shirts to arrive and one is sized incorrectly. I’ve emailed several times and called as well to someone who sounded like they were speaking from a tunnel! All that I want is a different shirt or a refund! They will not even provide an address! So mad that they are getting away with terrible service!! MAD!

The clothes are crap and there is no way of contacting customer service for returns. Anyone rating this a five works for the company. To spend this kind of money and clothes that were cheaply manufactured in China and have no shape is insanity. The material is horrendous, the fit is atrocious, and the company itself is a scam. By the way, a month for shipping is ridiculous in itself. NEVER BUY FROM HERE!

I placed my order on September 18, 2020 and have never received my clothing. I emailed them and they told me ,"Sorry, due to COVID-19, USPS is lacking of labor and shipment get delayed.Tracking information is not uploaded timely." I think by now you can't blame COVID. They charged my card right away and I have not received the clothes. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Love my new tops. Comfy, beautiful colors, and can be worn for casual with jeans or with a skirt and sweater.

They refuse include a packaging slip and refuse to contact you when you reach out and tell them about their poor quality. They are a scam who violate their advertised words. Never, never buy. I cannot Erfurt because they refuse contact and so I lost money. They refuse what they state on their website they will honor!

Love the color and design. It took much longer to receive it than I expected but like the top.

They didn't allow me to refund and the quality was terrible. Don't buy from this scam site.

Very pleased with my items and delivery was timely and package was in excellent condition.

I had to check 1 star to get up the box to write a review but they deserve negative stats. Placed my order almost 2 months ago and have yet to receive it. Emailed company. Of course, no response. Please don't waste your hard earned money. COVID is bad enough, then you have a dishonest company scamming the public. Disgraceful!!

The product fits well and is nicely made. The shirts also go into the laundry and do not need ironing. A definite plus.

The clothes are poor quality. They don’t fit right.

The 3 shirts i ordered came in a timely manner and look and feel very nice.
