Excellent service from start to finish
From our first contact with William Nelson who gave us a quote and pre delivery phone call and our concrete delivered by a lovely, most helpful young man, we were delighted with the service we received. And shortly after delivery we received a text advising us of a refund to our card as we overestimated our requirements. We would definitely recommend to anyone needing concrete. Thank you.

19/8/2020 Called Craig at Beatsons…
19/8/2020 Called Craig at Beatsons Cumbernauls, Scotland, first class service to assist where another supplier was unable to source part of an existing order, turned out craig could fulfill whole order, received quote ref 199825 Mr John Hillan, we are outwith beatsons branch delivery scope, but craig agreed to deliver Mon 24/8/2020 for us. Called original supplier (local) to cancel, accepted, but they called back 5 mins later saying they now had goods (miraculously).....we will give last chance at this, and if let down repeated WILL cancel and come back to craig. I will keep him aware of final outcome, once again craig thankyou and beatsons for great service shown to myself under these circumstances, i will remember for future reference, cheers,regards, j
