Great that the process was 100% digital. Very quick and helpful with our application and queries, even with multiple changes as probate dragged on and we had to refresh the application a couple of times. A particular thank you to the team for very fast responses at the end of the process which ensured that we got over the line to secure a certain interest rate before the deadline for a new higher rate

Very competitive, very straightforward and easy to work with, and very responsive. No question or ask was too difficult and they always responded promptly with the needed information. Everything is digital too, which made the whole process so much easier.

Can’t recommend BTB and Niall highly enough. I used them for mortgage protection and Niall was so friendly and efficient to deal with. I was in the states while trying to get everything sorted and Niall was always straight back to any query I had regardless of the time difference. I also saved around 40% on the quote from my bank!
