HORRENDOUS, They have had my parcel for 4 weeks without making any effort or organizing a delivery with me. Honestly this is the worst delivery company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I have been in contact with an employee called Scott who has offered no assistance at all, doesn't respond to emails or questions. He could be replaced with a stapler, I have never seen worse customer service. Do not do business with this company, I will advise everyone I know the same.

ordered item from Wayfair. sat in their depot for 2 weeks and could not get them to deliver. 0 respect for customers and Wayfair are not much better for using this bunch

1 star is a compliment for Beatties, given the option i would have went for 0 . Considering they don't deliver I'm not too sure what they do all-day . The only vocabulary they seem to know is " I don't know " & " I will call you back " which they never do. Save yourself a whole lot of stress and bother and dispatch with a reliable courier with tracking details and staff who are willing to help. Waste of time, money & effort.

Beatties freight is a shocking company. Ordered mattress from wayfair. Waiting 5 weeks now beatties have had the mattress two weeks now according to track and trace. Even wayfair cant get answer from them where the mattress is. Have now requested a refund from wayfair. If beatties freight is there delivery company never again will i buy anything from wayfair.
