I ordered green contacts and I have hazel green eyes. I even tried to get a consultation but received a link with all the colors.i.was trying to get a natural look and the ones I got are so different from the pictures and they make me look scary because they are so light green. No Shipping Updates
It’s been 5 days and my tracking number still says “preparing shipment”. There has been no movement to the shipping since the 2nd Oct. My order number is US95649. I need these urgently. Customer service is incredibly difficult to get a hold of.

Never Received - NO REFUND!
Ordered on 9/6 (order 89743). As of 10/6/25, I do not have my order and the tracking shows the order has been stuck at the origin facility since 9/14. I have tried to work with Beaueye customer service but they have told me they can't reach anyone at the logistics company and they agree it's delayed. I asked for a refund and they stated NO refund will be offered (I have that in an email). There is NO company information where you can try to get help from any real human. The emails are bot responses. ALSO: Please note that their NY address is false. That address is 100% not associated with Beaueye Contacts. It is actually the address for NYU. This company is headquartered out of Hong Kong and has no identity in NY (no business license or filings are associated with Beaueye at all). DO NOT SEND YOUR MONEY to them.

Horrible customer service
I purchased four pairs of contacts on 9/23 and it is now 10/1 and I have yet to receive shipping information. It says 1 to 5 days for processing and 10 to 20 days for receiving your package and I need them in time for an event. I have reached out three times to the company and have gotten no response. Their customer service is horrible!
Edit: now that they’ve seen my honest reviews it’s funny I get shipping info. However it still only says “shipping label created” so they aren’t actually in transit yet.

Love love love them…
It took about 10 days to recieve my order. I ordered 9 different colors from pink, blue green and halloween ones. I have tried 2 pairs so far. I absolutely love them. Will be ordering more very soon. They also came with a solution, eye drops and a case for each pair of contacts.

First time I’ve ever ordered from this company one of my lenses was defected contacts customer service their speed on returning emails is poor I provided proof of the defected lenses they said they would resend OKAY now I’m asking for tracking 3 days later I ask for an update they give me the tracking number at 2 something in the morning stating it’s been delivered no signature required wasn’t from usps I’ve been home and no contact lenses I reported this and the company still giving me a hard time NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN first experience terrible!

The best I have found!! Top of the list
These are the best colored contacts that I have found. They dont burn like the others after a couple hours. I need prescription and they have a huge variety of colors in almost any power. They come looking professional In a nice box, carrying case for each, solution. The other company's, they just come in a weak box. Best part is that if you like a certain color, just them a little time and they will come out with that color in prescription. Best part is they are affordable. My first ever pair cost 30$ for one pair! If you dont know how to put contact lenses in, dont write a bad review. Thats on you. These are good ones.

6 pairs arrived in good condition and within timescales expected
i ordered 6 pairs, all came in good condition and in a timely manner. They are comfortable to wear and i am satisfied with the quality. I ordered on the 9th sept at 21.39 and they arrived 15th sept at 10.11. I did pay extra for express shipping. I read some other reviews after i ordered and thought i had been scammed but they arrived the very next day. Pleased with my purchase although i do think company should be more honest about being in China.
