I ordered contacts on February 10 and paid extra for express shipping (5–9 business days). As the delivery window approached, there was still no tracking or shipping update. When I contacted customer service, I received the same copy-paste response twice with no real information.
After mentioning a refund, they suddenly provided tracking, but it only shows “label created” / “info received.” After almost a week now I contacted Gofo Express directly, and they confirmed the package has not reached their facility yet, meaning it hasn’t actually been handed over.
