I booked online but did not recieve phone confirmation. They didn't put hub cap on correctly so that is now lost. They left bonnet unlatched. 1 hour fitment of tyres? I called them 4.5 hours after drop off and it was ready.
Not the professional service i was expecting.
Excellent customer service and turn around time. Staff informed me as soon as it was almost ready so I could make my way to collect my vehicle, also had a run down from the technician to explain the wheel alignment and balance and what was done
