Made order item came leaking was told sent picture. Of bag will never use company again wish look at customer feedback first

I was prepared to place an order, but after reviewing the customer feedback, I have decided against it. I wish to avoid any potential stress or negative experiences.😳😱😱😱😳😳😳

Avoid this company at all costs.
No response to delayed order emails and there are no other ways to contact them. They take your money and send you an email that your order is being processed but you receive nothing at all. Complete waste of your time and money.
I had to raise a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

The owner is leaving “positive reviews” under different fake accounts. Please save your money and buy from somewhere else.

I bought my first order from them. The communication was slow, order arrived after four days after. Not so bad, given I choose a free delivery optio.

Their delivery was prompt and the customer service was great. I also got a free gift in my purchase.

Tried to use them twice both times now received incomplete orders and no response to complaint. Avoid at all costs.

Kindly avoid this business. I was sent an incomplete order back in April. There is no means of contacting anyone, its now May. I have tried calling and texting customer service. It's a shame to see feedback with the same claim of poor best practices on TrustPilot. This company needs to do better

Decided to send a incomplete order without even letting me know that the order would be incomplete. I tried to be understanding and patient but realised they could care less so I just contacted my bank and got my money back for the item that was missing.

This business will process the transaction and collect the money but no product, no useful response. So I would say this business is non functional (closed down) the owners are due for questioning. I do not recommend them!

This is a scam! The website has closed, after taking my money via Paypal. If it opens up again do not go anywhere near it.
