I received my order except for back ordered items
I received my order, except for a few things that were on back order. Those were shipped out the following week. They did not have an ETA on one item so I canceled it. They refunded me my expedited shipping and were great to work with. Excellent customer service.

DANGER!! BUYER BEWARE!!!
I placed an order on February 6th and FedEx could not deliver it, it was sent back to Fedex and Lost. I have been trying to get the refund and emailed, called, stood upside down on my head and even called Fedex who has stated that they CANNOT get a response from Beautifed You. I have been unsuccessful in getting the charges reversed becuase they are shady as F

I ordered 2 products with 30 CHF Shipping and Tax fee included. 2 weeks later I had to pay the shipping fee again, this time to FedEx. Never never again! This company is not honest. I will never order again and can not recommend her to anyone in Switzerland!

Shipping Challenges But Still a Great Company
Product arrived quickly and seemed to be packaged well. However, upon unwrapping the bubble wrap, I found that some of the product had leaked out during transit. It wasn’t a huge mess but I was disappointed in the wasted product.
