Do NOT trust this company!

Sad to say, but don’t buy from this company!

First time I bought from them they sent me a stone that looked nothing like the one advertised. After some problems I could return the stone.

Some months later Mr Thibault from Beautiful Certified Gems called me and wanted a second chance. This time he sent me the stone but no certificate. Mr Thibault at Beautiful Certified Gems said that it must have been stolen by the post - not the stone nb, but just the certificate!!?? Let me assure you, there was no mark of anyone opening the package. Via WhatsApp he promised to fix things, but nothing happened.

Do not trust this company!
