Very easy to place my order and quick acknowledgment. When I had a query about it I received a very quick reply via Whatsapp. My order was quickly delivered to my local post office so I could collect it at a time to suit me. I initially found BB a few years ago when it was my first introduction to hair toppers. It was here that I learned everything I know and from someone with direct experience who shares her information in such an informative, understanding and helpful way. This is my experience of Beautiful Betsy. Their website claims to offer no fee returns! Not true. I returned a hair piece that I was told at my consultant would be perfect for customisation. When it arrived, it was too yellow (linen was the colour name) so I set about buying ash toners as advised but following a conversation with their own customer service team, I was told this colour could not be lightened to the degree I wanted and therefore I had to return it. The hair cost me £540 less £15 discount incentive for the consultation. I did not expect to get the consultation fee back so I was expecting £525. I had to chase this on many occasions via email and WhatsApps - no real humans. I eventually received my money less another £20.80 and to this day, I still don't know why they made another deduction. Their website states on two separate pages no fee returns (it also states free delivery but they charge £7.99 via DPD unless you collect from parcelshop) so buyer beware of hidden charges and that you may not get your full refund should you need to return your hair. Their website is misleading.

"Obviously we hope you’ll adore your Betsy, but we know that sometimes things don’t work out. We offer exchanges on pieces that are returned to us as received, although made to order items cannot be exchanged. But if Betsy isn’t for you simply return her to us, unworn for a full refund."

I am eagerly awaiting my delivery of my Betsy to Australia,can't wait for her to Arrive.

I recieved my first ever hair topper last week and i already love it. Its really natural looking and makes me feel so confident.
I thought It would take a while to have the courage to wear it but as soon as I put it on I felt like a new person and have been showing it off ever since. Im now saving hard for my next topper.

Hair loss should not be something to be ashamed of but nevertheless .... The great Team at Beautiful Betsy put you at your ease and help you choose the best product for you. There was no ‘hard sell’, just good advice and a lot of fun.
It was a great way to meet other women with different experiences of hair loss.
I bought my first piece and felt so confident, I am absolutely delighted with my new hair topper and will definitely be purchasing another in near future.

Betsy came to my rescue after my hair inexplicably began to fall out. Wearing a topper means I can stop worrying about what everyone else thinks and give my own hair a bit of a rest. After nearly 2 months my hair loss has slowed and the anxiety about it has gone, can’t help but think that wearing Betsy has calmed me down and my hair appreciates that :-) I ordered my Ruby online which was easy, discreet and quick. Nobody can tell I wear hair…… I love it.

I owe my hair and my sanity to Betsy……. without all the videos and info that Betsy publishes I would never have known about hair toppers. I bought my first Betsy in 2017 and have just received my third. As always the team bent over backwards to accommodate me, I don’t know what I would do without her.

I cannot praise the team at Beautiful Betsy highly enough. I really wasn't sure where to start but a video consultation with Sam soon sorted me out. I am now the owner of a beautiful Grace Duo Blonde which was shadow rooted by the Betsy colourist and my hairdresser has done a fantastic job styling it for me. It is such a relief to finally look like me again after years of hair loss.

My experience with Beautiful Betsy has been extremely positive. I had a consultation prior to purchase which was extremely insightful and in my case necessary. I now own a beautiful Grace Crumpet which makes me feel and look fantastic.

I decided to go ahead and buy my first Betsy after reading about Paula and her story. Knowing that the founder of the business understood on such a personal level what so many of us are going through as a result of distressing hair loss was so reassuring. The testimonials from Betsy wearers and their amazing images only served to reinforce my belief that BB could change everything for me too. Having lost at least half of my hair as a result of a scalp condition I am so grateful to have found a perfect and totally natural looking way to cover my bald patches and thinning areas. My Betsy has made me feel so much more confident about the way I look. I no longer feel I need to hide away from the world. It has truly changed my life.

High hopes when I ordered my topper took me 3 years to take the plunge. Watched literally every video. Betsy came. She was dry she looked fake she would not sit right. Zero response from company. She now sits in a box. Now and again I get her out to give her a chance but she fails every single time. Such a shame.

I’ve had a terrible experience with buying a topper. First the PO Box address didn’t exist according to the post office so the topper was returned to me. Then they sent a new topper and that had a hole in the silk backing which I returned to the address in Wells. This package was also returned to me a few days ago saying no one called beautiful betsy at this address. I telephoned and no one picks up the phone. I’ve been trying to contact them for a few days and can’t even leave a voicemail. I am disappointed that now I am going to ask for a complete refund as I feel these people are not customer focused and after three months I still don’t have a topper.
