SCAM! I placed an order valued at £70.00 but have never received the goods and can't get any response from the vendor.
Now in the process of claiming my money back via my bank.

No response, took money and delivered nothing. Scam. Avoid..

AVOID!!! Never received order nor did anyone respond when I chased my order of £165. Thankfully purchased via PayPal so received a refund eventually. Do not be tempted, you will regret it....

I was refunded eventually. My Bank had to do get it from this Companys' Bank. This company has never replied to my Questions as to where is my order? Via any of their contact details. We do not know if they have ever honoured any orders via the online Beautifyme.co.uk Website.

I placed an order on 9th Oct and received confirmation. On 12th October I emailed asking what was happening with my order, it is now 13th and I still haven't had a reply. I have just rung the contact no and have received a recorded message.
I will wait until 5pm today for a response, if I hear nothing back I will be taking up my purchase with my credit card company for a refund.

I placed an order on 30th September for some make-up and payment of £35 was taken from my account via PayPal the same day. I did receive an automated email the following day to say my order was being processed but that's the last I've heard from them. I've emailed twice (no response) and tried calling the mobile number on their website twice, both times of which I've left messages but still no response. I then tried filling in the online form on their website but there's a (convenient?) fault and it won't send. I appreciated it's only just over a week since I placed my order but not getting any communication from them at all is cause for concern. Thankfully I paid via PayPal so I've raised a request for them to escalate this in the hope I'll at least get my money back
Just to add to this review, it's now 13th October and despite sending several emails I've neither had a reply to them or received my goods. THIS COMPANY DEFINITELY SEEMS TO BE A SCAM AND SHOULD BE AVOIDED

They are very good at taking money. Not at all good at sending the items you have paid for. The mobile number does not get answered. Emails not replied too. Requested chargeback from my credit card supplier, hopefully I will receive a refund. Looks like a scam.

Ordered product from this website and received nothing, it has been 3 weeks, I tried to contact them through their website, nothing, phone number doesnt work and I am stuck without money and product. I guess I've got scammed.

Order never arrived. Phoned them twice but no answer. Left a voicemail which wasn’t returned and no missed calls. No response to the ‘contact us’ message sent via their website. Nothing in spam. PayPal were unable to obtain additional information from them so fortunately I’m not out of pocket. The website looks professional but their lack of any response is very suspicious.
