SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I ordered from this company on 14th Jan
I still don't have my bag!
I have emailed and NO REPLY
I had read reviews that said the product takes some time to come.
I am going on holiday this weekend & required the bag for then!
Thought 5 weeks would have been sufficient time.
Disgusting/poor customer service.
I note, they were quick enough to charge my credit card.
Now going to try & claim back through my credit card 😡

Don’t touch this company

Don’t touch this company. I ordered a bag 5 weeks ago. So far I’ve not received it. I’ve sent 12 emails chasing delivery. Customer services take ages to reply and when they do, with apologies, blaming the courier company. When I asked for a refund I was told as the bag (I’d not received) wasn’t damaged, it would cost £14 to return. Exasperated, I explained, I cant return what I’ve not received!!! Horrendous experience, a rip off!!!

I waited a few weeks for my bag to…

I waited a few weeks for my bag to arrive. When it eventually came it was the wrong colour which they had picked. I ordered black it’s a hideous royal blue. I’ve sent them emails asking how to return it and eventually when they reply they say contact the courier if not delivered correctly. Honestly I give up. It’s off to a charity shop.

It has been almost a month since I…

It has been almost a month since I placed an order. I have received several emails from the support team with the tracking number. When I track my order a DHL in German appears. I sent an email to request the cancellation of my order, however there has been no response. I will now dispute this charge with my credit card company. This is an unreliable company.

This is NOT a scam website.

So I bought my mum a bag for Christmas on 28/11/2024. After buying it, I took a look at trustpilot and saw there was a good chance that Ella Beauty was actually a scam website. It isn’t, as I received the bag today (13/12/2024)

So the company are based in China so that’s the reason it takes so long for the item to be delivered. On their initial email, they send out the tracking number for the item. The link however opens up a PDF file. So you have to go onto YunExpress’ website and enter the tracking number manually. So it does work, it’s just you have to do it yourself.

The bag quality is decent for the price, so I’m happy, just don’t order from them too close to Christmas as it won’t come in time!

This company is a joke

This company is a joke. Ive waited over 2 weeks and still not received what I ordered. Ive contacted them several times via email and no reply. They say it's been dispatched to the courier but tracking states they haven't received it. Looks like a scam. Avoid this company

Bag arrived safely from Austria

Bag arrived safely from Austria - I believe.
Had a query which they sorted and then gave me a 50% refund as a gesture of good will. + said I could keep the bag too.
I found them most professional, despite what others have said.

Avoid Avoid Avoid and save your time and money!

I don’t even want to give this company 1 star.

I had waited over 8 weeks for my bag to arrive so I contacted their contact page. They claim my original bag being sent 3 months ago had being sent to the wrong address and it had been sent back to them, (note they didn’t contact me to tell me this) they asked for my address again and I gave them my correct address as per their system and details I gave them when I first brought the bag (suspect activity number 1).

I asked for refund they instead said they are sending new one to me. I advised many many times I don’t want a new bag I want a refund as I didn’t trust them and my bag which I ordered for holiday had not arrived in time.

Bag arrives with no strap attached so can’t use it, quality also not good on rest of bag. Advise 3 times again I want refund, they said they will look into it then said they will send me another bag. Which I didn’t want! (Suspect activity no 2)

Lots of arguments over email with no contact details or legit email signature at the end of Lisa Stokers emails, she’s apparently the customer services rep (suspect activity no 3)

I have now engaged the Trading Standards, Credit Card Company and Financial Ombudsman to try and get my money back as they have broken so many legal and customer protection laws since the 16th April and it’s now coming to the end of July!.

On looking at their website all of their bags are 5 stars and lots of reviews of happy customers all 5 stars (also very suspect, esp when the website doesn’t allow for leaving reviews so where are they all coming from? (Suspect activity no 4)
