Beauty Amora is a scam - DO NOT BUY. I've been waiting on delivery of a very small item that, according to their latest excuse, could't be delivered by the courier. I purchased on 23 October - its 3 December and they could literally have posted it. They respond to emails promptly but offer ZERO helpful information. AThey have a .com.au domain and advertise "1-4 days delivery from Sydney warehouse" but are clearly not based in Australia. I'm super disappointed and I love K-Beauty but also relieved that I tested them with one small item. Two weeks ago they agreed to send me a refund "once the delivery was returned to them" - whatever that means given they clearly haven't sent it. It is no surprise that I have not received the refund. If you're still unsure after reading the reviews here, read the ones on Product Review or even their own website. They advertise 5 stars but that's also a lie. SCAM.

I was pleasantly surprised by Beauty Amora! Despite some negative reviews, I decided to give them a try and was impressed. The service was quick and professional, and the prices were better than other websites I’ve shopped on. My order arrived fast and in perfect condition. Highly recommend!

This company is FAKE FAKE FAKE. The website needs to come DOWN. Falsely advertisers that their warehouse is in Sydney and the office is Australian Based, LIES. Spent over $320 and then....SILENCE. I've reported them to Westpac Fraud, ACCC, ASIC (Fake Australian business Infinity PtyLtd) and lastly scam watch. Emailed them my intentions to bring them the F down.

Disgusting pigs!!!! I ordered over 100$ worth of products from these scammers. Never got the delivery, they were basically uncontactable and never refunded me !! they literally stole my money !! I am in disbelief.

I placed an online order for skincare products, but unfortunately, none of the items were delivered. Despite following up persistently for two months, the company has failed to fulfill their end of the deal by either sending the products or issuing a refund. Their response has been evasive and unhelpful. I strongly advise against ordering from this company as they are clearly not complying with section 36 of the Australian consumer laws.

Order never arrived, despite tracking details saying it was returned to sender they said they are still waiting on courier response. Not sure why the customer has to be punished for your issues with courier. Extremely bad customer service, it sounds like they use auto generated AI software.

I have acne prone skin and used a cleanser from them and i compared it to the same cleanser I previously ordered from Lila beauty and you could barely tell and difference but the writing on this one was more dark then the real one used it for a week and broke out bad and got mini bumps on my face don’t trust this brand I asked for a refund 20 minutes after ordering it and they said it was shipped already such bs please don’t Order I would recommend Lila beauty or nudie glow if you want real products

Terrible: whole experience a nightmare
They gave me a tracking number, I waited a couple of days for the package to turn up, as it was delayed I checked Aus Post tracking system and it appeared as delivered to a locker!, called them and they checked for me: that tracking number didn't have my name nor my address or contact details. (That explained why I never received updates from AusPost) They either messed up the details and someone else got my package or never sent me a package at all!. Contacted them multiple times and they are nowhere to be seen.

Terrible customer service. They had a buy 2 get 3 sheet mask deal. I thought I would try them out since they are australia based. However when the package came there was only 2 mask. When I contacted customer service they pretty much said there was some button you were supposed to press but didn't, so bad luck. You can return the mask but at your own expense. I am kicking myself for trying them out especially since sylvana is currently selling this mask for $1.31. So much for supporting australian merchants. Just imagine the type of customer service that would brush a customer off for a $2.45 mask.

The company has been scamming people by selling false products and that's why it's so cheap. I have compared their face masks to the one which I bought from a legit shop. #BWAMAUA4000092062 this is my order number from Beauty Amora AU, I want a refund. I have emailing the seller politely to ask for a refund. They refused. So now I will report the shop to ACCC and its hella suspicious that there is no ABN or ACN that's supposed to be on their website.

Ordered on Monday and arrived Wednesday (I did not pay for express). Products exactly the same as I have ordered previously on bigger sites, but half the price. A lot of the products are made overseas (they specialise in K beauty) but they are genuine products. All had minimum 18 months expiry.
I'm one of those people that never leaves reviews of positive experiences, but the negatives on here almost turned me off buying from them, and I'm so glad I decided to give them a try as I'll be saving a fortune in the future

I almost didn't proceed with my order after reading the online reviews. Due to their competitive prices I went ahead with the order and I'm so glad I persisted. The service is exactly as described on the company website which contributed to a customer experience which exceeded my expectations!

- Free shipping for $ spent over prescribed amount.
- Package arrived within a week of order.
- Frequent order status updates received.
- All items ordered arrived, securely packaged and in mint condition.
- Very price competitive vs other local vendors....I was able to purchase an extra product given the price differential.

The only downside was the inability to use PayPal.

Spent enough to get free shipping but paid $5.99 extra to get Express shipping... but they didn't even send it express only regular (contacted AustPost and they confirmed it was only sent as regular) and they are hopeless to contact and when they do reply it is not relevant to the issue you contacted them about. I want a refund and as they are hopeless and don't care about their customers or the reviews their business gets, I've lodged a complaint with my bank to get my money back.

Wow. I never checked reviews before I purchased but my experience was fantastic. Got every thing I ordered in under a week and the products were genuine based on the change in my skin within days. The only reason I decided to check reviews is that the PayPal option has disappeared although it was there 2 weeks ago when I ordered. I only ever buy online via PayPal so was suss about the sudden disappearance of the option. Guess I'll have to find an alternative now.
So after emailing about no pay pal they did respond straight away and said they don't support it at the moment.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING GOODS FROM BEAUTY AMORA.

On 13-01-23 I purchased a large order of products.
After realising I did not need these products and receiving notification that the goods had not yet left the company's warehouse I sent an email to the company asking to cancel my order.
I was told the goods had left the warehouse before the date that was provided to me via email informing me that the goods had not yet left the warehouse.
When I told the company this they told me that I had to refuse delivery when being delivered, and then they would process my refund once they were received back at their warehouse.

To date, I have received no products and no refund.

The company, Aramex have been no help when it comes to helping me track my delivery.
It appears when looking up the tracking number that there have been two attempted delivery to somewhere in Sydney.

My address is in WA so I really do not know what is going on.
I am unable to get any communication from Aramex or Beauty Amora.

At this time I am in communication with my bank about the money paid to Beauty Amora due to it appearing at this time that they have charged me for goods that I have not received and it seems will receive no refund for them.

All I can say here is buyers, be aware and do not use this Beauty Amora as they are very unprofessional and will potentially rip you off.

BUYERS BEWARE! Items will come from overseas not Australia and counterfeit items with different packaging and odour will be sent. Customer Service is hopeless and will not reply, they will not try to rectify issues or accept returns as claimed on their website. Their sales is also a scam, bought item under BOGO and only 1 received and counterfeit item received.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

If I could put no stars I would. I received the incorrect item and I’ve tried contacting them to send me the correct item and they asked for photos and I sent them but never heard back and I’ve tried contacting them several more times to no avail. They just won’t reply to me now. Don’t buy from them. There are other stores that are more professional and actually do right by their customers.

Got told after I placed my order that my items weren’t in stock and it would take a while for my order to be shipped. One month later I still haven’t received my order or any updates/replys to my emails. Don’t shop here.

Express order dispatched 1 month later due to stock availability. They use aramex so that was a bigger headache than dealing with Beauty Amora considering they ship from Hong Kong. It was aramex that delayed the package for 2 weeks, but I did receive my shipment after going back and forth with aramex as they have horredn customer service. So if you don't mind waiting up to nearly 2 months for your skincare and want to really save $$
Lilabeauty ships way faster and I would receive my products within a week. And they're still pretty cheap.
