No delivery AND NO REFUND!!
The company is also related to comptoir adam and bol. Their delivery service is terrible. This is an unfortunate situation for a customer. A delivery guarantee of 1 day is now over a full month. I send several messages to ask for a refund and this is where the issue begins. Customer care is lacking in full. Mistake after mistake is made. Tot the point where the delivery of my BBQ was confirmed on wednesday (when ordering a hair product!!) To date no refund and I had to turn to legal options to chase this wrong. Reading reviews further along this is not the first complaint on lack of delivery.
