Sundrops are lovely i have to say!! When you order,expect delivery to be late. Its not 3 to 5 working day! More like 3 weeks!! I ordered the Sundrops bundle,which included 3 bottles of Sundrops an a free bbf brush. I eventually got the Sundrops,but no brush. So I forget how many times I have emailed the company an no response. Very disappointed. I was looking forward to the brush! I have totally given up. As for the phone number provided! Dont bother either.waste of time.

Skin has never looked so good, if I could give Sundrops 10 stars I would. My husband for the first time in years remarked on my skin. In works the ladies have all been influenced by me to buy and they all loved Sundrops as well. 50+ year old me is influencing lol BeautybyCED thank you for making me feel better than I have for some time

I purchased two products and unfortunately had a poor experience.

The hair serum felt very tacky and did not work well for my hair.

The tanning drops had a strong fragrance that irritated my eyes and I ended up needing eye drops.

I contacted the company to ask about the ingredients but did not receive a reply.

I also found it difficult to identify the legal company behind the brand from the website information.

Because I couldn’t get clarification or customer support, I won’t purchase again and will stick with products I can buy in a shop where I can return items and get advice especially regarding anything that will go on the skin- it is so important to me, that I can get to speak to a real person in person. This model doesn't suit me.

I ordered sundrops from this company, I was very disappointed. The texture is like water and I did not see any of the results they rave about. the bottle they are in is cheap. Would not repurchase. Also it's not made in Ireland as the owner is constantly saying it is.

I ordered a bundle from Beauy by CED, a makeup brush and their sundrops… nowhere on their website didn’t it say that it was out of stock, it said 3-5 working days delivery. On day 6 I emailed them, day 8, I emailed them day 10 I emailed them, with no response. I went onto their TikTok and started watching their videos hoping to leave a comment to get their attention, which I did, still no response. I also happened to see a video saying that they have been out of stock and they will be sending out orders asap. I got a parcel last week with only the sundrops in. Where is the makeup brush????? I’ve sent 2 emails with NO response yet again!!!!!! What is going on???? At this stage, even if I like the product, I won’t buy it again for fear of this happening again!!!!!

I am only giving 1 star as I'm not able to give zero stars. I've ordered Sundrops on 15th January and was told at the purchase that my order would be shipped on or before 30th January. I still haven't received my order a month later, which is very frustrating. I've tried calling the number on their website but there's no answer. I've sent few emails, commented on their posts and no replies. I have now tried to reverse my payment at my bank for the product ordered so hopefully I'll have some luck with this. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Order product on tick tock shop. Took money just received email to say product put of stock. Why take people's money. I'm confused. Annoyed. First time ordering never again and wondering when will I see refund. Not impressed at all.

I put in an order of 70€ for products on the 14th of January. I received the email of confirmation and money was taken and still to this day a month after ordering im still no closer to getting my products which is extremely frustrating. I have tried to contact both Danielle and Claire, through phoning the mobile number displayed on their website ( which isnt in use ) emailing , commenting on posts and lives and still getting the same answer alot of us seem to be getting," Staffing issue and bank holiday causing a delay". I am now going to try for a charge back from my bank as iv lost all faith in this being resolved. I saved up for quiet awhile as im a single mom to two and wanted to support an Irish business. Extremely extremely disappointing.

I'm incredibly disappointed with my experience with BeautyByCed. I placed two orders in January, totaling over €100, and never received my products. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company, including comments on Claire Clarkeson's and Danielle's posts, I've received no response or update. Danielle mentioned an update after the bank holiday due to stock, but I've still heard nothing. While I love the company's ethos, the lack of communication and failure to deliver products is unacceptable. I really hope this can be resolved.

This Company is a sham to deal with. I ordered products as Christmas presents abd still havent received them. I received some products bit by bit. They wont answer the phone attached to website, wont answer emails. I spent 300 euro and am still waiting on 120 euro worth of products. Stay away from them. Scammers 😢

5* products and service. Really fast delivery. Purchased items as gifts and everyone was delighted with all the products

I contacted customer service immediately after receiving my order as I believed the wrong item had been sent and asked to return it. I was advised in writing to keep the item as a goodwill gesture and was told the correct product would be sent.

When I followed up, this was reversed and I was told the item I received was what I had ordered and that I should return it at my own cost instead.

The return cost by registered post is €9.50 on a €23.90 order, which makes this an unreasonable resolution, particularly given the inconsistent advice I received initially.

Communication was contradictory and disappointing, and what should have been a simple issue became unnecessarily stressful. I would advise others to keep written records and be cautious when ordering.

No reply to emails when trying to contact
After one star review contact was made and was assured the other two bundles would be sent
They have not
One hundred euro down because I tried to support a small local business

I’m absolutely obsessed with Beauty by Ced! Their Sun Drops are my new holy grail — they give the perfect natural glow for a no-makeup look, especially during winter when my skin needs that extra boost.

And their hairbrush along with the Hollywood Hair Oil has worked wonders on my bleach-blonde hair. My hair feels smoother, healthier, and way less brittle. I’ve genuinely never had results this good from any other products.

I ordered the Sundrops from TikTok Shop and I’m absolutely delighted with my purchase! I was kindly gifted two extra items - a sheet mask and a lip oil both of which are high quality and such a thoughtful gesture. I was also given a discount for my next order, which I really appreciate!

I absolutely love the Sun Drops! I usually have sensitive skin and react to face tanning products, but these work beautifully. They feel gentle, give a natural glow and leave my skin looking radiant.

Firstly the speed of delivery was excellent.
After seeing this all over my fyp on tiktok I was keen to buy both the sundrops and the tan sundrops plus the bff brush. However I was disappointed with both products.
Following the instructions given both products leave a tacky residue even after leaving to sit on skin for hours. There is a pleasant jasmine fragrance when first applying but when this disappears the tanning drops smell like fake tan even in the morning after application.

I have never come across such a badly run company who operate a non existent customer service.
An item was missing from my order. After sending many emails I finally received a reply to say the item was out of stock and I would be refunded the money straight away. This was 3 weeks ago, still have not received the refund, or the item, and my emails are being ignored. Very frustrating and unprofessional. Would not purchase or recommend this company.
