my item never arrived i tried contacting them to find out what is going on but no response, Then tried getting a refund but still no response, I wished that I’d looked at the other reviews before making a purchase from this toilet of a company.

Do not buy anything from this site if you think you may have to send it back. Finally after 3 months trying to send back ill fitting bathing suit they contacted me to say they can only compensate me 40 percent refund as not worth sending item back as American based and postage would be to expensive for me And would not give me return address Bloody scam company if you ask me Still waiting for refund........Why sell here if you cant't return the stuff like it claims on website

They quote a full refund policy but you have to contact them for the retun details ..they do not supply them they totally blank you ..luckily I paid through PayPal and open a dispute which has closed in my favour so I've got a full refund ...stay clear of this company not worth the hassel

Do not order from this site .
They do not tell you that they have no returns / refunds in place .
They advised that I give them to a friend or charity as the postage to the USA would be more . I explained they were no good as size 16 and I am a 10.
Offered me a small percentage refund in which I haven’t even received after mentioning that I will take this further , they have just ignore me 3 months later .
Basically, If you are not happy with the goods …. Tough

I need to return an order I’ve sent 8 emails and no response it’s a lot of money and I’m wanting a refund really wish I had not placed an order

If I could give it zero I would - sent 7 emails for the returns procedure but still no reply! Spent £100 - this company robs you DO NOT USE

I ordered from this company and need to return the order - no communication at all although they say you need to email - they don't reply to you with an address. I'm having to go to Paypal to get my money back. Swimsuits also poor quality, and sizing is all over the place. DO NOT ORDER!

Thankfully I paid by PayPal! They’ve just refunded me the price of the swimming costume I ordered.
I’ve lost the £6.99 I paid for delivery and the £13.50 I paid to return it.
Lesson learned. Read the reviews!

Awful customer service - so far, non existent! I cancelled my order within 1 hour of ordering (due to seeing the poor reviews online) expecting a full refund as stated. My email was ignored as were follow up emails. I've just received the swim suit - poor quality and very short in body length considering the sizing. I've emailed again. Worst customer service I've experienced.

Same as everyone else, thought they were Uk, ordered 3, they didn't arrive in time for my holiday. Quality is really poor, they eventually responded to my emails but after offers of £10 & £14 refund and I could keep them which I didn't want. I spent £73! They finally gave address to send back, cost me £23 but I was determined to get money back. They received parcel but I never heard from them so I hounded them EVERY day on email, politely at first then eventually highlighting their fraudulent ways. They never responded once!! 3 weeks and nothing! I bought through PayPal so raised a complaint and I've just seen that they have refunded me! But no one has informed me! I still sent them an abrupt email!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Thieves!!

Would give zero score of I could. Trying to return items, and so far have been offered a 45% refund or do I want to donate to charity!!!!!
Don’t buy, poor company who take your money and do not reply to emails.

Ordered 4 swimsuits. They were terrible. NOTHING like the photos . Sizing was WAY out. Returned to return address IN the USA !!! No refund. Still waiting . Radio silence…. SCAMMING SCAMMERS

Similar to other reviews. Unfortunately not read before purchase. Thought I was ordering from UK. Took ages to arrive and had departed on holiday so no longer wanted it. Quality - cheap. Return info states you must contact company first. Company ignores all emails so the 30days return run out. There is no paperwork with parcel. Unlawful trading.

This is an absolute scam! Firstly they pretend to be UK based with a co.uk Web address and location set as London. This is not the case.
My wife ordered some products which admittedly did eventually arrive, but are very poor quality. The returns have to go back to the USA at your cost and there is no refund....they take your money and run. Avoid at all costs!

Avoid at all costs. I too wish I had read the reviews before buying. My order took a long time to arrive, the sizing was all off, and I have been emailing them for 10 days now asking for a return authorisation and address. I don't have much hope of getting a reply or a refund after reading the other reviews.

Sadly I am in the same situation as everyone else that has bought from this sham of a company and am kicking myself for not reading the reviews before ordering! I tried to cancel an order at the beginning of August but they said it was too late. Goods arrived, dreadful sizing and quality so I looked on to returning them. It was at this point I discovered they were not a co.uk company. On it goes......
Parcel arrived with them on 1st September and here I am still awaiting my refund. I was obviously lucky in that I've had a few emails, now nothing. I am now about £160 lighter including the return postage and very very unhappy. Avoid at ALL costs.

Like others reviewing on here i really wish i had done my homework and check out the company before i ordered. I didnt get an order number or tracking number for my order and have many attempts managed to get a reply over instant Messager. They were unable to find my order. i gave them details they required and told them to cancel it. Eventually came back and said it was too late to cancel. Looks like my order will arrive from China and will arrive when im on holiday. Maybe if i dont arrange a redelivery it will bve returned to sender to save me the trouble but looks like ill will have to write off £54.

Same experience as so many others here - I just wish I'd seen these reviews. Ordered 4 suits, all ridiculously small. It was then I discovered that the returns were to an address in New York and I had to pay for tracked delivery. Like others have said, it made sense still to pay the delivery charge for the return, so as to get some of my money back. The company has now had my return for more than ten days (proof of postage there!) and have stopped answering emails entirely. I'm looking into how to report the company as fraudulent but I'm not holding out much hope of getting my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
