Order never delivered! There is no phone number to call, only email or watsup. Representative told me that they would look into it, still no order or refund😡 Now I need to get my money back. Please avoid it!

Avoid!! Ordered olaplex 11 days ago and yet to receive any response from this company. Take your money straight away but don’t give any update on status of order

Another case of extremely slow delivery and no customer communication. I had to chase via WhatsApp after two weeks and was told my order would be dispatched later that week. I won’t be using again and wouldn’t recommend,

I ordered an OPI product and after a week queried the status of the order. I was told they didn’t have any in stock and should be receiving some in a couple of days. A few days later I queried again and was told they had received stock but not enough to cover the orders. I asked a number of times why they were letting customers order items they didn’t have in stock and this was never answered. I finally received my order the following week (over 2weeks after ordering) but I won’t use this company again. They take money immediately for products they don’t have in stock and don’t communicate this unless chased.

Well wish I read the reviews before ordering from them....ordered the no 4 and no 5 Olaplex on the 29th January and still waiting!! Def won't be ordering from them again!

Ordered from these very slow posting sent several emails Facebook messages and waited days for reply was told item would be sent out then 3 days later got another message saying getting item ready to send out waited 3 weeks in end to get my item sorry won't be shopping here again

I ordered from Beauty dotcom twice last week and only then I read the mixture of good and bad reviews. I was pretty scared. I am VERY pleased to say that everything turned out great and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Prices were amazing and whilst shipping did take a few days it was not outside their estimate arrival date.

I've been ordering from them for a year now and have never experienced any issues. This time, parcel came slightly later than usual.

I understand the situation with Covid causes delays but the customer service received with this company is pathetic. I ordered the olaplex bundle & after a week heard no updates, I emailed and sent messages on whatsapp numerous times & had no response. Came onto trust pilot & saw the reviews & notably panicked. I sent another email & whatsapp saying I’ve seen the reviews and will write one myself if I don’t hear back - shock after that email I finally get a response (2 minutes after) that my order has shipped! My order only partially arrived, they said they shipped the other part a few days after - a week later still not here. I had to message again to find out they lied it hadn’t my been shipped! No customer should have to pester to receive their products, if they could just inform customers along the way then these issues would be easily resolved.

Terrible service. Had to follow up my order after items had not been despatched a week after ordering. Was told one of the items I ordered was actually out of stock (this was not the case when I ordered) and they would be receiving a delivery in a few days time. After almost 3 weeks items have still not been despatched and I've no updates from them.

Do not buy from this company! Placed an order for olaplex products received confirmation email, no dispatch email. Messaged the company on their Instagram who said my order would be dispatched on a new date to original date, that date came no dispatch, messaged them again twice to be ignored. On the third message I said I’m reporting them on which they replied sorry I thought someone else was dealing with you etc etc. They was just not giving me any answers to when I would have my parcel, they kept sending the same sorry message. In the end I told them I do not want the product I’ve reported their company to my bank who gave me the refund and I purchase the product on look fantastic that came in 3days!

I think 3 stars is fair, I ordered a hair care bundle from here on the 18th on January it’s now the 29th. The delivery process is fairly average of 1-3 days from dispatch however it did take nearly 2 weeks to leave the factory. So if you want fast delivery for birthday etc I would not recommend, hopefully this improves after Covid. ( whenever that is) after contracting the company it was a confusing process, but I was given a 20 pound discount from my trouble.
Overall I haven’t tried the product yet, but when I do I will update this review.

I just got my order yesterday and I love it, the olaplex no 3 it's so good. It took 1 week to come but I think it's worth it! The parcel was damaged during delivery but luckily nothing was broken.

Ordered 2 hair dyes on the 12th January and it’s now the 26th.. still waiting. No dispatch email m, nothing to say if it’s even arriving

Bought olaplex products 2 weeks ago. No E mail to say they have been dispatched, haven’t even replied to my e mails. Big mistake buying from this dodgy site

Ordered the Olaplex bundle over a week ago, got a confirmation email. No further email of progress and no products. I didnt check trust pilot beforehand and wish I had, hopefully the products eventually come.

Great customer service. I love that they have the same brands that I used when I was living in America. I ordered my products and they arrived 3 days later which I was expecting them to take longer. Will definitely order from them again.

Ordered the American crew hydrating gel & received in next day when i was expecting it on the 20th. Would definitely come back to shop again.

Placed an order for £98 before Christmas. Got an email confirming order. Haven't heard a word since. Tried emailing, got a message back to say my email was blocked. Tried the form submission on the website.....nothing. Not heard a word.

Just want to update.....Today 5th January, I have received an email to say my item has been dispatched. I understand with the pandemic there are difficulties, but maybe the company could send out an auto-email to advise that orders may be delayed.....stops people worrying.

I ordered an Olaplex holiday hair kit on 17th for my girlfriend for Christmas.
The website said 2-3 day delivery. Not working days, just days. I still haven’t received it. I’ve emailed and sent WhatsApp messages and received nothing back. Today I received an email to say the product hasn’t even been despatched yet.
Absolutely pi$$ poor. I imagine this company is some Karen with 4 kids, selling products from her council flat.
And if it’s not, then this service is pathetic.
