Absolute Nightmare - Do Not Buy from Beauty Ella!

I ordered a dress from Beauty Ella, and it arrived completely defective. I've been trying to get in touch with their customer service for weeks to return this poorly made dress. Finally, after countless emails, they informed me they don't accept returns on tried-on items, despite the dress being faulty from the start!

After an infuriating back-and-forth, they eventually gave me a return address – in China! They expect me to pay for the return shipping myself, and to add insult to injury, they stated that if the dress has been tried on, I won't get a refund. This is beyond outrageous. This company is a scam and refuses to take any responsibility for their shoddy products. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from Beauty Ella!
