Just received fake perfume with ingredients spelled wrong.

I’m so confused and upset frangrance I received from them was open and used moreover it is fake but for full price of original fragrance .. so upset will never order online from them anything

I received a Jil Sander Sun fragrance which I ordered on the Walmart website. It was processed by BeautyEncounter. I'm using Jil Sander Sun since many years, what I received comes not even close. It smells of onions and hairspray!!!!

If I could leave 0 Stars I would. Ordered on Amazon and received the order and it was short items from the description. The reason the customer service gave me when I called was ridiculous. They offered me a refund, which of course I did because I can buy at a better price on Amazon, but it will take days to get it back and I will need to make a trip to the post office and take time to print label. Which doesn't seem like that big of a deal, but time is important to me, that's why I ordered online. It seems their online ordering isn't up to par. I will never order from them again. Stay away from Beauty Encounters.

My favorite store and all their perfumes are authentic

This company had exactly what I was looking for & my order arrived swiftly & was carefully packaged. I'm very pleased & would order from them again!

I have read a few customer service complaints about this company and I have to say I could not disagree more. They are added to the list of only 3 online perfume retailers that I trust to buy from. I have ordered from them now a few times and my package came very quickly. I want to add that when I purchased my latest perfume from them, I happened to find it advertised on Amazon for $100 less shipping from their company and they didn't even hesitate on doing a return and honoring the Amazon price. Quality A+, customer service A+. The fact that this is a family run operation makes me want to purchase from them even more.

This is a family run business. They are very friendly and I've purchased from them many times over the last 10 years. Never had an issue with product and prices are good.

This is my first time purchasing on beauty encounter and my purchase got decline I don't understand how if they took away the amount from my account so far this is the WORST online shopping experience I've had smh I hope to God they deliver what I ordered since they took my money away

Complete lack of customer service, no answer to emails at all and very rarely answer phone calls (one out of 3 answered). Paid for express delivery and the goods arrived a week late. Goods out of date (over 6 years old according to batch code) and badly damaged. Would not recommend at all.

I email signed up with them and get special offers. They have great bargains, send stuff promptly, deal with problems quickly and efficiently (not many problems to date) and over the years I've enjoyed many gorgeous products from them which are packaged well and I can't complain!

I order 16 perfumes , its great well organized put it with a good saver coverage
the package arrived on good status each perfume is great smile , new , and as described . the order arrived after 8 days after place order
