My training day was absolutely amazing I had so much fun and gained so much knowledge and confidence. Chan is an amazing teacher and such a lovely girl to spend the day with. She explained everything to me so well and demonstrated the facials in such a way that was really easy to follow and understand. Chan gave me so much advice and tips. She really encouraged and motivated me the whole day. She kept checking on me throughout the day and really went out of her way to make sure I was enjoying myself and learning. We started off with theory work then moved on to practical. Everything was so organised and thought about in detail. I highly recommend beautyhideout! I had a 10/10 experience!

I booked the Feed Your Skin facial and I must add it's one of the first few facials I've ever had so I was looking forward to it. I booked Chan and from the moment she let me in she was so lovely, welcoming and very personable throughout the treatment. She was very knowledgeable and was very eager to offer some suggestions for products based on my skin concerns. You can tell she's very passionate about what she does and I am already looking forward to my next treatment. Highly recommend!

I visited Beauty Hideout it was easy to find and there was free parking which helped as we were visiting London for the first time. I was so pleased to find a facial clinic in the UK 🇬🇧 as were down from America. Chan was very professional and explained the treatment in detail my face and mind felt amazing after. I even took Chans WhatsApp number to directly contact her when I'm back in the UK. This treatment exceeded my expectations. thank you again !

Went for a facial yesterday and I will never go there again. Had transport problems and Chantal was very unprofessional, after explaining my problem she wanted me to cancel. I then asked my daughter to take me and when I got there 5 mins before my appointment she told me to wait outside in the cold for ten minutes
Her colleague then let me in and started with the treatment. When she came she never greeted me or even to say something about my transport problems
She is very unprofessional. I was so upset

I am working towards becoming a practitioner and I did not want to simply 'Google' my journey. I really appreciate that the Beauty Hideout offer a mentorship service. My mentorship session was absolutely lovely. Thoughtful, well-spoken, SO ENCOURAGING, and kind with her knowledge of the industry. I definitely recommend it if you wish to join this industry and want support. I have found it to be so energy saving and I know I will book a few more sessions as I continue my journey. I had my training here last week on Wednesday and Thursday and can I just say I’m SOOOO happy I went with beauty hideout. I feel very confident and happy that I took this step. My trainer Chan was amazing and so supportive and motivating, I would say don’t think twice about booking your course! I’m going to be booking a few more soon to add to my knowledge. The best place to go for skin treatment!!
From the communication to the service itself: everything was outstanding. Chan did my glass skin treatment and as it was my first time she ensured i knew how the process will feel and made sure I was comfortable. The atmosphere was positive and the place was beautiful and clean. Even on my way I got lost and she stayed in contact with me and guided me until I arrived. To top everything off my skin looked and felt great which meant I felt amazing. beautyhideout on top! will definitely come again.

Had a dermaplaning appointment found it relaxing and my skin feels refreshed. Lovely friendly staff. My beautician informed me of details about the procedure as she worked and has soft relaxing hands. Recommended😊

I went for a facial dermaplan with chan on the September 16th,and i feel so much better,my face is really soft,she really nice,im very happy with the treatment and i will come back.

Chan is an amazing person, very friendly and welcoming.
The appointment scheduling and reminder processed are top tier. She made me feel really confident and relaxed during the facial with after care check ins and product recommendations. Even after my facial she made sure to answer any questions I had providing help and support along the way. Very professional business owner.

I had my facials and IV drip done with Chan(16/09/2023).she's really professional.I slept off in the process.She took her time and i will be booking monthly routine with beautyhideout.

I had a wowcher deal for a facial & a massage. The facial was really nice, but the massage was awesome.
Chantal was very professional & knew her stuff. Definitely worth a return trip with or without a deal.

Such a lovely treatment. I went with my sister and got the glow facial together. The service was above and beyond. Chan and the other esthetician who I sadly didn’t get her name were so sweet and amazing they both explained what they was doing and our skin types along with what helps. Me and my sister left feeling amazing and glowing. It’s definitely a monthly treat for us now!! Beyond happy with the service!!

Wedding day booking!! Wow these girls never disappoint I've been a client of Beauty Hideout for 4 years and I decided to book them for my wedding day to get myself and the wedding team looking good ! We all looked amazing my now husband couldn't stop talking about how the men were feeling after their facials highly recommend chan is always on point with getting my skin together thank you and can't wait to see you after my honeymoon I will send over pictures when they've been developed xx

Got my facial done by Sarah who was lovely and polite so no complaints regarding customer service however I must say the products that were used were low cost/cheap i.e. Simple brand face wash and the Superdrug Vitamin E spray if I knew these were being used I wouldn’t have bothered as this could have been used at home myself. I bought this through Wowcher for £29 (Hydrafacial) and wasn’t sure what to expect however I wouldn’t go back until an upgrade or perhaps using medical grade skin care this is nice for someone who just wants to treat themselves… Technique could have been a bit better too as vacuum suction sometimes squirted water all over my face down into my neck. If you are looking for something different/relaxing, but to treat real skin concerns I would suggest to spend a bit more money and go else where.

I went for a Bye Bye acne facial and it was so good. Sarah really took care of me and make sure I was comfortable. My skin felt very clean and soft after the facial. I would definitely recommend if you struggle with blackheads and clogged pores.
