Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking! Never again. I ordered, no receipt saying successful. Then an email saying product still in basket. I telephoned and they had order. No tracking send for item. Then item was solid and did not work. They only wanted to refund item and not the delivery!!! Avoid!

Absolutely appalling customer service…
Absolutely appalling customer service and do not refund when returned item. I returned an item however they advised they did not receive this. Upon providing tracking information and confirmation from the courier that the item was in transit showing proof I returned they still did not refund. This was a courier issue not mine

We have looked into this further and To clarify, Klarna is a payment provider and does not issue return labels. All returns must be arranged directly with us in line with our returns process, and labels are provided via Royal Mail once the return has been set up.
In this case, we requested additional information, including any communication from Klarna regarding the return label, in order to fully investigate the matter. We also require confirmation of receipt at our warehouse before a refund can be processed, as courier tracking alone confirms transit only.
We remain happy to review this further if the requested information can be provided so we can assist you accordingly.
