Wat een rampzalige ervaring

Wat een rampzalige ervaring. Dit bedrijf is een doorstart van een eerdere failliete onderneming, en helaas is duidelijk waarom het destijds misging. Na betaling is elke vorm van service volledig verdwenen. Telefoontjes worden genegeerd, mails blijven onbeantwoord, en beloftes over levering of onderhoud worden simpelweg niet nagekomen.

De service wordt zogenaamd door de vrouw van de eigenaar geregeld, maar dat blijkt in de praktijk niets waard. Alles klinkt netjes totdat je hebt betaald — daarna hoor je nooit meer iets terug. Professioneel gedrag of klantgerichtheid is hier totaal afwezig.

Het lijkt erop dat de prioriteit ligt bij snel geld innen, niet bij klanten helpen. Een bedrijf dat zo werkt, hoort simpelweg geen klanten meer te krijgen.
