I've ordered many products from Beauty net Korea and have been very pleased. They have great products at very reasonable prices. I always stock up so it worth the shipping costs. The shipping is pretty quick too. I'll be ordering from them again soon.

I placed a large order almost a year ago, which was returned to Korea after being held by Chilean customs. Since January, the package has been stuck in Korean customs, and Beautynetkorea promised a refund once they received it. However, months have passed and nothing has changed.

I’ve contacted them multiple times via email and social media, but I often receive no reply or generic answers with no solution. Their lack of responsibility and communication is unacceptable. I do not recommend ordering from them.

I ordered goods from this site about 10 years ago to Sweden and everything was always great. This time the delivery was Dubai, the goods arrived in 10 days, perfectly packaged. I hope this company will have a wider range of products, as it used to.

Perfect and fast delivery to Sweden! Shipping is a bit expensive, but the cheap price of the products is worth it anyway and no big charge in Swedish customs because it shipped through Germany, only 3 dollars. I recommend!

This is not the same shop as it was 3-4 years before. I have not received my orders, lousy shipping, they not take responsibility and refuse refund!!!
I had to open case on Paypal, they not answer.
Looks a bit like the store may have financial problems, item selection is shrinking, limiting shipping solution. Arrogant service, they take/steals money for nothing!

At first, I was a little concerned that the products would be fake because they were so cheap. But, I compared 3 products to ones I directly bought in Korea, and they were the same.
Customer service was also very kind, and shipment was quick. Overall, its Beautynetkorea has been a good experience so far.

I bought 3 days ago and the status still hasn't changed and I just read that if the purchase weighs less than 5 kg they automatically refund it..?? Does anyone know anything about this? because no refund has arrived and I paid 25 dollars for shipping

First time I order Korean cosmetics and it's a very good experience! All the products have arrived, in perfect condition, well protected, I am very happy with my order and I recommend this site to everyone! Small negative point: the high shipping costs, but this is not disturbing given the low price of the products.

Brilliant range. Postage is expensive but products are very good value to compensate, and items are delivered very quickly. Always include extra samples, and one product I ordered had a fault, but they had included it for free so got the faulty one as well as the normal one. I dont often see good customer service like this, and it's the way we run our shop too, I would always buy my products here as they have such good products and a sensible business ethic which I respect.

Great prices! Wow- could not believe how cheap this stuff is and very fast delivery to Canada. Everything was as ordered and well packaged. My only complaint is that because everything was such a great price, I bought tooooo much! What a great find- makes you wonder how much Sephora is marking up some of these products when you see what is being charged here. The website is a little clunky but well worth the effort.

Very happy with my order! I put in an order on July 23rd and received it (BC, Canada) on August 4th. Everything was packed very carefully and they sent a free sheet mask. Will definitely order from them again!

I purchased some makeup and i was surprised by the delivery time and quality of the service! I bought it on wednesday and got it on monday. Also a lot of samples. 10/10 would recommend! Although the shipping price is a bit high it was totally worth it! I live in The Netherlands and selected FedEx as delivery.

I've been ordering from BeautynetKorea regularly since 6-7 years now. Once or twice a year, everything went smooth so far. Always extra samples, like with all Korean sites.

ATTENTION!!!!!! NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM BEAUTYNETKOREA!!!! 87 messages and hundred emails and nothing about a parcel. EG267826116KR. Parcel disappeared from tracking. And 145,18 USD they already took from me. I don’t know what to do. They don’t respond and aren’t returning my money. It is really big amount for me. Fraud and at this time, it is soul crashing.
UPDATE
After many reviews on various sites company responded and called me with promises that they will find my parcel. And they actually did. I received the whole parcel with severe agitation and endless warlike reminders to the company that charge first and second is on you. It was my work to find parcel, to fill forms on Korea post and 3 days their support didn’t respond to my pleas. Only after several posts on different levels I received any answer from the company. After all it is your money but after all my experience I would recommend local retailers in your region that provides delivery first and payment after you received product(s). Love you guys.

OMG. They have the fastest shipping ever. I ordered on Sunday and it came within 3 days! The products are way more affordable here than yestyle and any other sites I have ordered from for kbeauty. It's probably because you pay for the shipping, but it's okay because they're always having a big sale. I got 29 products and the total should have been over $500, but I only paid 200 something (shipping included). I will definitely order here again!

I have been a consistent customer on this site for probably over a year now and have always had a positive experience with them.

Delivery on avarage usually takes a 9-14 days but considering Korea is on the other side of the world to me it is very quick. Products are always packaged nicely and safely, and always atleast 1 sample with every order.

The shop itself wise, the product selection is a bit smaller than other k-beauty service- however still fairly large selection with all the favourites, and I tend to find its a bit cheaper here.

Website is also very easy to use-
Though their search is suffiencent it can do with a bit of improvement.

I have yet to have much experience with customer service directly, as I have not yet had any problems with any of my many orders from here- any few questions did I have pre-order were answered quickly and warmly.
