I have been purchase 3 products on their website , after 2 weeks , still no order or product.
I have been trying to contact the customer service with no answer, also
To Cancelling the order , same thing. The worst online shopping experience ever . Still waiting for my money back But I will dispute it with the bank.

I’ve always had my eye on beauty of Joseon products and took the opportunity to get them from the Black Friday sale the delivery was so fast which I didn’t expect to get here in the uk that quick delivery was just an additional £3..09 through their main website , I purchased the dynasty cream , the glow serum + propolis niacinamide and the revive eye serum , ginseng + retinol, I’ve been using the creams and serum for a week now and my skin is so glowy and dewy and stays hydrated on my face for a long time, I have dry skin so the three combinations were the best for my skin and it didn’t disappoint I loved it so much I made another purchase. I would always advise purchasing directly from their website , you will fall in love and have no complaints, always be careful where you buy the products from

This website is scam. I have been scam before from a replica website of L.L.Bean, but they switch it to L.L.Bean Outlet. Package never showed at all. I got my card replaced. I don't like scam website get your personal information, like where you live, name and other personal information. Like I said beautyofjoseon.com is scam website. Don't get on it all if you can, your best bet is to get the products from ultra beauty or maybe sephora. I don't want anyone to make the same mistake I did too late. Once I realized it was a scam it was too late.

I am very disappointed that Beauty of Joseon has added Methylene bis-benzotriazolyl Tetramethylbutylphenol nano particles to its Relief Sun formula. This ingerdient can accumulate in the tissues and cause DNA damage. Beauty of Josean only mentions its 'natural' ingredients on its website and is not upfront about additional additives that are potentially very harmful to the user as well as the environment. Very disappointing! I will not longer purchase Beauty of Joseon products!

I bought 5 of their products from cult beauty and I have the best skin of my life and it’s only been a few weeks! I use the ginseng oil and cleanser which leaves my skin so glowy. I have textured skin on my cheeks and struggle with blackheads and I’m really seeing a difference, most products in the past have not helped me with this. I also use the ginseng tonic which again just locks in moisture and gives me more glow. Followed by the snail mucin serum and the dynasty cream. Really worth the price and not expensive compared to other products and the results are unmatched. I will continue using for a long time.

Absolutely LOVE this brand, their products are a dream, real value for money and effective. Highly recommend the Dynasty Cream for the best skin of your life! Did I mention how much I love this brand? Lifetime fan!

Best skincare ever. I use the oil cleanser and its supercalming for the skin and doesnt hurt if you get it in your eyes. Feels very natural. I also have a daycream from them thats supergood, perfect as a primer or just a day/night cream.

Bought from their UK website on the 13th and today is the 31st and I still haven’t receive them. Email them and they said they’ll investigate to the delivery service which might take around another week. We’ll see if I ever receive them. Get them through Amazon or other retailers would be better as they’re not very reliable.

Scammers . I’m uk based . Placed an order at £ 55 over 2 weeks ago . I then got an e mail telling me there would be customs fees to pay ( which BoJ could not quantify ) so I cancelled the Oder following there instructions . On 30th May they told me they’d issued a refund
I’ve chased twice now ( it’s 2 weeks later ) and I’ve been fobbed off with unsubstantiated ‘ proof ‘ of the refund .. zero information or proof actually . I believe this is one giant scam maybe not even run by BoJ . I applied via fb advert . Don’t get caught out by these scammers like me . Just don’t buy !

I used to really enjoy using their SPF but they’ve added Methylene bis-benzotriazolyl tetramethylbutylphenol which has tanked the score on Yuka. It’s sits at 24/100 now when it was once 100/100. I’ve thrown out and have now moved over to another product. Shame they had to add such a harmful chemical.

I ordered from them weeks ago. It never shipped it seems like but I'm not sure, because I contacted their customer service twice and did not get an answer, they just closed the ticket. I know it's a big brand but this is so sketchy, makes me never want to order with them again.

Unbelievably fast delivery direct from BoJ in Korea to Netherlands and only had to pay an extra €3.75 for customs.

The sunscreen is very light and the colour matched perfectly. Very happy with this product.

I bought "Beauty of Joseon - Revive Eye Serum" from an authorized seller of asianbeautywholesale. However, Amazon claimed that the products were fake and closed my store. I could not prove that the products were not fake. They did not provide me with an invoice or any help. I think Amazon is right and they are selling fake products.

I am only jumping on here to rate Beauty of Joseon’s products, which I did not order directly through them but rather through Amazon. Thus, I cannot comment whatsoever on the experience with ordering through their website as well as how their customer service is like. Via Amazon, all my Beauty of Joseon products were delivered quickly and with no issues with Prime. Honestly, if it wasn’t for Amazon - I would not have known about this brand. I am not tooting Amazon’s horn whatsoever and if interested, you can view my review of them from my profile. Anyway, both Beauty of Joseon’s masks in red pore and honey oatmeal were to die for! While I’ve solely purchased them to assist with blackheads and pores, while I haven’t seen much improvements in those departments just yet - I definitely have with a recent breakout. Recently I had an angry red pimple with white pus and while hesitant whether either of the masks would work, I did put them to the test. I used the red bean pore mask which helped greatly to diminish the pimple and the next day, I used the honey oatmeal to further reduce the inflammation. I kid you not - in two days’ time, the pimple was practically gone as if nothing had occurred. What even if this witchery?! Normally with a breakout like this, it’ll take me weeks and months to nurse my skin back to health. In addition, the instant radiant glow from either of these products was unreal. I have not seen my skin looked this good for the exception of when I get facials. Now, I can use these masks and save myself more money when I need that glow anytime and/or for events. I’ll forever be a supporter because in these two products - they worked when nothing else has.

You have to pay additional customs fees on your parcel. I had to pay 37 euros for the order of 88 euros. Not worth it.

I made an order for few products. They were delivered in just 2 days via DHL. The packaging was great. Everything arrived without any damage. I received some free products as well. I am a very happy customer.

The Matte Sun stick is GREAT. I've has oily skin all my life. The only thing I could ever do about it was blot my face every hour or so. Now, I can just apply the sunstick on top of my regular sunscreen ( which is their rice sunscreen) and it's good for the whole day.
