Would highly recommend Received order v quickly and came with sample cream

Scam Company 😡😡😡
I Paid £2 for a product on promotion which has not arrived and company does not answer emails.
Then they took a further £44 from my account without authorisation!
They are Thieves and Scammers and I will be reporting them😡😡

Im looking for people that were robbed by this criminal organisation to make a class action lawsuit or to execute justice bare handed. Im willing to pay HUGE money for irish residents who will help me to get into contact with whoever is responsible for this. This is no joke, I will find these poeple even If they are in North Korea. This is my life goal now, these people will see hell on earth.

And again, IM READY TO PAY A LOT OF MONEY FOR EVERYONE WHO CAN HELP TO TRACK THIS FILTH

I placed an order with this website and received a generic email telling me that I would be contacted when my order was ready to be shipped. That was in September. I subsequently emailed them, to no avail. I told my card provider what had happened and luckily I was reimbursed. This website is a total scam and should be shut down.

Placed an order for their Advant Calander and after they took my money now ignoring me. Wish I’d read the previous reviews. Will NEVER use them again now going through the credit card company to get my money back.

I ordered a skincare product and never received product. Stay well away from this site .

Ordered in Jun 10525, already forgot about it,but that was for my daughter she has acne skin,and she asked me did I buy it yet,then I checked that I did buy in Jun,but still no sign of my parcel

Absolute scam, total robbers - STAY AWAY! Paid €50 for an order and two emails and 2 Facebook messages later, I've heard nothing back.

I placed my order 10760 on the 15th of September. Despite numerous emails and messages, I haven't received any response. Awful customer service. Wish I had read here first....do not purchase anything from this company.

Placed an order on 19th September and still have not received my order (#10794). I have contacted them twice and heard nothing back other than my original confirmation email. Shame I hadn’t read these reviews before ordering. Do not use this website.

I placed an order on September 8th (10691) i reached out to the company after two weeks and they said it had been shipped. However it did not arrived and my subsequent messages have been ignored. I looked up the director Graham Peakin and reached out to him on Linkedin and he declined my message. Based on what I am reading here this company appears to be a total scam and has just stolen my money

As of the 10th Oct it looks like the website has been taken down as I cannot connect to it ???

Placed my order on the 05th Sep and have still not received it.
I was advised it would be delivered on the 20th Sep however I am still waiting and have sent several emails for proof of shipping and tracking details or any information and have heard nothing.
I never received any shipping confirmation so I have no idea if my item even shipped.

Can someone please advise if I will receive my order and when.
Otherwise at this stage please issue a refund.

This company is a total scam. Placed an order two weeks ago, no sign of it. Contacted the company multiple times with no response. How are they getting away with just blatantly stealing from people?

I also wish I had read these reviews before purchasing! I placed my order on September 4th: Order No.10668.
I have made contact several times through email, Instagram & live chat. I have heard absolutely nothing back. No phone number available to contact. The only correspondence I received was the initial purchase email. I am disgusted with the service! I highly doubt I will receive the refund that I asked for in my last message!!

I cannot understand how these people are getting away with this scam website - purchased on line 30 August - emailed them two weeks later for update responded indicating that a tracking number will be sent - then silence !! no phone number to contact them on - unbelievable that they are getting away with this carry on

SCAMMERS - do not buy off this company - they do not send your products, refund or reply to any emails.

Don't buy from here it's a scam! I bought a shampoo and eye cream 3 weeks ago with no sign. Their "customer service" responded to the first email saying they're "waiting on the tracking number to become available" but then they completely ghost you when you chase it up. Shame on these horrible people who scam people out of their money.

A couple of years ago I had terrible trouble with some orders I bought from here, thought the prices were great, bought x5 crème de la mer eye creams (in the little dark jar), good thing I know what it should look and feel like! What ended up arriving was fake, had some hair raising conversations with a man called Graeme who was trying to get me not to complain and he kept removing my trust pilot reviews, he tried to convince me to wait longer for goods that hadn’t arrived or ask for my money back at that time, he was very insulting on the phone. I got my money back and unsubscribed- never ever would I buy from these crooks again. Today I find unsolicited emails from beauty shop.ie in both my email in boxes. I see they have a new look site but their reviews remain awful. I even spoke on the Joe Duffy radio show in Ireland when they did a show about beauty shop.I’d. I did NOT sign up for emails from them, do not want them and they should not be sending them to me. This is against GDPR. Avoid them, they are resellers and do not check the provenance of some of the stock they sell, or even worse they knowingly sell fake products in amongst some of the real ones perhaps!!!
