We have ordered some products from beauty store Depot since January 26, and payment via credit card almost instantly. Called the company in mid of February (3 weeks later after ordered placed) someone apologize, but another 10 days went by we still have not received anything yet.

Never heard from anyone concerning my order and I finally emailed and questioned about my order. I found out they were moving and it would be at least 2 weeks before they could mail it out or longer. I received a refund and had to order elsewhere.
