Don’t go elsewhere!
Since I found Beautythings I don’t go anywhere else to buy my Dermalogica skincare. The pricing is competitive, the service is excellent and delivery is prompt. Once I had to make telephone contact and the service I received was second to none. They’re brilliant at Beautythings.

I recently purchased Jane iredale item. Great price and service.
Item faulty on arrival (fault with Jane iredale item not beautythings as a company) beautythings uk couldn’t have been more helpful in their communication and resolving the issue (item replaced swiftly). I really was so impressed with their response in dealing with the problem. Swift, professional, interested, sincere. 5 star personal service. I will definitely buy from them again.

fake olaplex?
I ordered a large bottle of olaplex conditioner but not sure whether it is original or not since the seal was already broken when it arrived.
When I raised this with customer service, they told me i should trust them as they have no other way to prove it is original.
Not sure if i wasted £90 now or not, guess we will never know.

I am sorry you have felt the need too leave a bad review with this damaging comment. I can assure you that we do not sell fake Olaplex. We are a small family run business, we try to sell at a reasonable price to keep up with online competition. To avoid further shipping cost we tried to put your mind at rest as the seals can sometimes break in transit. We have beeb running for 10 years online now, I think you would have found more feedback on fake items if this were the case, I can assure you that we buy our products direct from the manufacturer or a brand distributor in the UK if the brand does not operate in the uk. I agree that you should be wary of fake items, but just because the seal has come away does not mean that it is fake.

Rare example of not too good to be true
Totally great value on top beauty products and brilliant customer service. I emailed about changing my order as an item was out of stock and received a friendly, helpful answer within minutes. The refund and reorder were sorted out immediately. Would definitely recommend Beauty Things.
