The firm is official stock list, however they sent me incorrect items, the initial delivery notice had no tracking number unless asked for one, return is via Royal Mail only, while delivery via Hermes.
Could be better service as there’s never chance for second “first impression”.
Better get same products from official store.

Hi Igor,
thank you for your review, we did apologise for sending out the incorrect product and offered to resend it but you refused. You were sent an email to say your order had been despatched, it was delivered on time. You also said that one of the products was not the same one as Medik8 when it clearly is. we buy direct from Medik8 so the products they send out are the same as we do. Lastly you asked to return the goods so we supplied you with a paid returns label for you to return them. It should not matter who a product is returned by as long as it is which it would be via our Royal Mail Returns account.
