I ordered my stuff in the beginning of October of 2020 and it is currently February 2021! I’m very upset about this because I was getting my mom a Christmas gift from their store and it is way past Christmas and still nothing has arrived! I have pictures of me placing my order as well. Don’t buy from this place because it’s all a scam!!

Same as others, received email saying their courier had been unable to deliver as no one was home. We haven’t left the house in months due to COVID, so I replied that this was incorrect. Have not heard from them since and website and email address are now both non existent.

I ordered from this “Beauty Trend Store!” They claim I wasn’t home!!!( lie) I never left my home! This was in October! I’m out over $30.00, dollars! I’m very angry! I never had this happen before!
DON’T let this happen too you!!!!!

Do not waste your money with this store, there is no intention to supply any product only to take money off you, they work under so many alias company names its hard to track them and where your money actually ends up. Complete scam!

This is a total scam, playing with the emotions of innocent people. People trust platforms like facebook and instagram who without verifying accept the advertisements of such companies. I fell prey to this scam through facebook. Obviously the pictures looked good and price was convincing so bought it. Got a mail saying I was not at home while the courier company came home, which is a big lie. I followed up by sending 3 mails and no response yet. Tried to call the contact number provided in their website but all in vain. Such a bad experience.

The exact same thing happened to me. Got an email on Sunday that delivery came when I was not home when I was basically always home because of the lockdown. So obviously a lie. Wrote to them like 3 emails but no response. Shame I didn't look this up sooner so I could have avoided it but thankfully I didn't spend a lot of money. Definitely taught me a lesson. I'm going to wait a few more days for a response but if nothing happens then this really is just a BIG SCAM!

This page is reported to the police! I NEVER got my things, they emailed me a Sunday and told me that I wasn't home so they couldn't give me my things. They asked me to confirm the adress and give a phone number, but I didn't got any response back. No order number. When I emailed them, they didn't  give me a response, and when I called the number, it was out of service! So well done shady people! - DON'T TRUST THIS SITE!
