I kid u not!! I literally never had a delivery as quick as this company. I’m staying in another country and I purchased the mini extensions on a Friday evening! I received on Monday I couldn’t believe how quick the delivery process is.
Can we talk about the extensions omg! For someone that does not where extensions at all. They sit flat on your head and blend perfectly. I bought the minis and the volumiser I have fine hair so using one at the back and two minis at the side of my head literally blended perfectly. They grip perfectly I had them in the wholeee day they never budged

We received your complaint through our system this morning, and I can confirm that our team member Paige has stepped in and worked to resolve this for you.
After reviewing your order, we can see that it was originally placed through our UK website and the delivery country had not been updated to the required international destination. As a result, the parcel was shipped using a UK-only courier service and was unable to reach you.
For clarity all international orders, the delivery country must be updated by selecting the correct flag/location option on our website before completing checkout. We’re sorry if this was not clear during the ordering process and for the inconvenience this caused.

No longer the premium product and costs have skyrocketed
I have been buying beauty works invisi extensions for a couple of years and was really happy. I hate leaving bad reviews, but in the last 18 months always a issue. Out of stock, problems with ordering and then they changed the product.
The extensions price has increased substantially, the buying process is painful and the quality of the hair is not what it was.
To be honest, I have been looking elsewhere. I would go in a heartbeat, but I have my hair coloured to match and so changing brands is complex.
On the upside, their WhatsApp support is excellent. But the days where you just buy and look fabulous are gone.

I had an issue with my hair dryer so I contacted the customer service team. My case was handled by Freya Millard, who did a particularly great job. She gave me instructions for returning it and soon after organised for a new one to be sent out as a replacement. She was lovely, friendly, and responded to my messages really quickly.
