Discount was not applied at checkout which was about £50 discount I lost out on. Emailed and asked for credit but no reply. The goods and delivery were good but I wouldn’t have ordered again if there were another UK distributor.

A few teething problems with the order due to their recent change of shipping process but they did their best to rectify and sort the issues so on the whole a good experience.

Love that these guys stock GoRuck and as far as I can see are the only UK stockist. Super easy and quick delivery of a great product! Only improvement is that my partner and I both tried to contact the company with a question and couldn’t get hold of anyone.

I’ve bought a few items from Beaverfit now (advanced garage rack package and then later add-ons) and have been very pleased with the kit and the service overall. My one - very, very small - niggle has been the method of packing (particularly when purchasing heavier items sent on pallets). The plastic wrapping has been too loose, or not carefully enough applied, and so smaller items have worked loose and fallen off the delivery. For example, some attachment bolts were missing from the last shipping (one bolt I found later on the pavement outside but the other was lost in transit) and the previous order had some items barely hanging on to the pallet. That said, Beaverfit were excellent about putting the omission right and redelivered the bolts quickly. And this does not detract from the excellent concept of the brand, the quality of the kit and the speed of despatch etc, which are top notch. We’ve now built a great rig in the garden (and will add more too in the future), which is in daily use. Thank you

I'm in the forces, so I see Beaverfit all over the place every day. So it was a natural choice when I went looking for weight plates for a training plate carrier.

The dispatch was a little slow, but that was down to the carrier not collecting due to bad weather. Not any fault of Beaverfit.

Great communication when I contacted to chase the order.

No complaints, would definitely use again, high quality products.

Looks as though they have let things slip since all these January 5 star reviews.
Ordered the 3.0 rucker.
two days later they email me to tell me not in stock but money had already been taken out of my account.
They then try up selling me the more expensive ruck with a price difference of £130! with only a poor 10% off to keep me sweet.

Was looking forward to having this ruck in time for Center Parcs next week, disappointed!
