Placed my order in August 2024 it's now Dec 2024 and it has not arrived. I've asked for my money back many times but there reply is once you receive your order you have 30 days to return for a full refund unfortunately I'm never going to see the order. Plus they are not contactable anymore. ITS A SCAM

my order never arrived its been 4 month and every time i sent an email replay in its in the custom i have to may orders for my knowledge its a scam

Please do not buy anything from this company they have my money but my sofa bed never came, I try to contract them No one there........Do not buy anything

DO NOT USE THIS GOD AWFUL COMPANY! I have been chasing them since September for an item that is still not here. They have blammed a shipping company for the issue and when I asked for the shipping companies details they replied about refusing me a refund until the item had been delivered and sent back to them. I had not asked for a refund, just the location of my order. I replied again asking for the shipping companies details and I have recieved no response. So in short I am down a order which was ordered on the 10th September and I'm down nearly £55! Even if they aren't to blame they are unable to answer a simple question which I am inclined to believe that I have been conned and my order has never been sent pretty sure it doesn't take nearly 8 weeks for an item just to go through customs. Would also like to add this item isn't small so would be pretty hard to lose as well!

If I could I would give 0 stars !!! I ordered a sofa on the 21st of June and have still not received it!! I have sent many emails and the answer is it's stuck in customs. When I asked for a refund I was told I couldn't get a refund because it had been shipped and that when I received it I could send it back to get a refund!! I then threatened them with legal action and now I have no record of my emails because they have been deleted!!! Do not buy anything from here it's obviously a scam gor them to take your money!!

I bought a foldable sofa on the 25th of May 2024 and still didn't received yet. I wrote to them many times and the only reply is that the customs is controlling it and be patient. Now I know this is a.huge scam, so please be careful and do not buy anything from this website

A total scam I suspected it but went for it anyway but no problem the bank will refund my payment and maybe just maybe I'll bump into that idiot just to prove that your head can seperate from your shoulders in no time

Why are they still allowed to scam people.

It's a motherf** company, it takes money but doesn't deliver the order, it doesn't even return the money.

I order and payed for a toolbox from Bebince , but did not receive the toolbox, after 30 days Bebince did refund all my money in to my bank account.

Scam! I thought I was buying a sofa for my kids and the price was too convenient. I should have known they would have scammed me. I also received a tracking number which was probably not even from the company. It said that my parcel arrived after a few weeks, but I didn't receive anything, and when I wrote to customer support, they said it hasn't even left from them yet!

SCAM!!! Sister bought from here haha she lost $100 lol

I bought a sofa sales charged me twice for the same purchase and never received . They never send the tracking number . I’ll go to the bank and police today
