Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service ! I used to be a repeated customer and usually ordered nearly 100 euros worth of stuff. On my last order, they sent me some random flavored protein powder instead of the one i ordered. I sent repeated emails and no reply. No one picks up the call too.

You are just proving how terrible your customer service is with your reply. You would rather reply here then pick up calls or reply on emails. I have ordered cookies and cream protein once before on your site and several times directly from xxl. I know the taste and black cookie like flakes in the powder. This one does not have it and it tastes like mango+something. Yes it is 21 euros so probably you don't care about replying.but this review will cost you 100s or even 1000s so good job on calculating a business case. Clearly you know how to run a business ! 😊
Btw check your Google review of Coen de Jong from 2 months ago. Seems like you are sending wrong flavours more people ! 😉
