An item on my order was out of stock
An item on my order was out of stock, so they quickly notified me and asked me to chose another item, which I did. The order was then immediately shipped out to me. It arrived very well packaged, and upon opening, the thought and care gone into the inner packaging was second to none. Items were individually wrapped in bubble wrap for protection, then surrounded by colourful polystyrene protection fillers with pink strings of crepe paper covered with cellophane - and a beautiful pink 'thank you' sticker to seal the package. It was so special and beautiful that there could have been a £200,000 diamond ring inside! What an absolute pleasure to receive and open. The items received were in perfect condition, named brand, good quality, and a fantastic price. Customer service excellent - what's more to say !! Well done, and thank you.
