I made a purchase lycamobile credit in becharge and payment with Sofort. It all happened smoothly without any glitches.
Recommended for Lycamobile. I have not tried other options

On your website, 7.70€ buys 609ETB airtime credit but when I bought this one, I only received 407. Terrible lie

Extream poor customer service and money gone. I have bought the eneba voucher from becharge.de and after successful payment process (money is deducted from bank account via sofortüberweisung) the loading page continued to run and didnt show the order under "Meine 20 letzten Einkäufe" section. I sent the message via website and also sent the email including all details at "infoATbechargede", but till now no single response. Their website states "round of clock" helpdesk support but there is no phone number or chat feature available. I will wait 3 more days, if i dont get my hard earned money, i will contact to my lawyer.

works great for small amount of giftcards order, good service for my needs at least.

Unbelievably bad customer service. Reached out to them (at info at becharge.de) four times regarding various issues over the past two weeks, mostly relating to verification. Absolutely no response. I've sent them a copy of my ID card, which I now very, very much regret. If they can't even get back to me regarding a few simple questions about my account, how can I trust that they will treat my data with care?

Probably needless to say that my account has still not been verified.

I normally don't give 1 star reviews because it looks petty. But in this case, there is no other option.

Stopped working, and 2 weeks later still haven't completed my id validation.

Worked but without ID verification I needed 2 different payment services to pay my orders.

This website is a joke. After uploading your ID you still can’t make bigger purchases. Your account gets blocked for 24 hours if you still try or if you put a single wrong digit of you credit card number by accident. The support doesn’t really read you messages or doesn’t care.

Google Pay didn't work even though I had credit. I think they should work on this bug again. I'll check again in a month to see if I can improve the recession again.

This is a wonderful and easy way to recharge your phone without additional cost.
Ever since I came in touch with becharge.de.
I just love it.
It is easy and simple.
I suggest they also add Paypal to one of the means of payment

it is really good, i have enjoyed the app so much. sometimes it si very difficult to load your phone in the night when all shops have closed. but what i would like to add is that they should at least add the one of 5 euros to it to enabke those that dont have enough money use the app too.
